β β β β β The drivethru speakers are very poor, I have to repeat my order multiple times every time we go through. Can't understand most of what is said by the employee either. They have never once had maple dips. And I tried to order hockey cards since they had a sign up but I was told they didn't have any.

β β β β β Didn't give me a hash brown I asked for and forgot to put eggs in my farmers wrap. Speakers in the drive through are also terrible. Very much worth driving to the next location.

β β β β β I know your a coffee place, but when someone orders a tea it doesnt mean they want a coffee, i have to check my order every day before i leave or 4 out of 5 days i would get a coffee instead of tea. And turn up the mics at the drive through, cant hear what your employees are saying.

β β β β β The customer service at this Timmyβs is the worst I have ever seen. I got handed a breakfast sandwich falling out of itβs wrapped without a bag. I kindly asked if I could please get a bag for the food, the woman gave me a paper bag meant for sugar and cream, cannot fit an English muffin at all. Then she slammed the drive though window in my face. All I wanted was a bag for my food like any other place would offer normally.

β β β β β Went through drive through gave my full order got to the window . Told donβt have white buns will have to take a whole wheat. Pay for my order they then proceed to tell me they forgot to add the coffee to my order. Really their mistake but I paid for my coffee and young lady at window would not scan my card to get my points/ rewards. Again really a $2.00 coffee their mistake not mine . 9:30 at night not like their were busy. Makes me wonder how many orders get screwed up when they have multiple orders

β β β β β The staff was very pleasant and service very quick. The only negative thing I have to say is that I have to always ask for the coffee cup hand piece you put on the cup, to keep from burning your hands.i can't remember what it's called. I'm sure you know what I mean. And this has happened at all the Tim Hortons I've been to in the past couple of months. It's a safety issue, and this really needs to be addressed.

β β β β β This Tim Hortons allows people who refuse to wear face masks into their restaurant. On January 26 I was at the service counter waiting to pick up my order for in-restaurant dining, and a man walked up to the counter to pick up his order, and he was not wearing a mask. I asked the manager why they refused to follow provincial and municipal laws that required face masks for indoor dining, all the while having a sign on their door indicating that face masks were required, and he could not give any intelligent response to my question. When I contacted Tim Hortons Corporate with my complaint, I was told that they would ensure that the restaurant management would reach out to me and rectify the situation. Two weeks have passed, and I have heard nothing. This establishment clearly cares very little about the health of its customers, its employees, and makes no attempt to address customer concerns.

β β β β β Had a pleasant experience when I came through this Tim Hortons. The store was nice and clean and the service was prompt. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. They were unfortunately out of a few of the TimBits, but still a had a few kinds to choose from. If I am in the area again I will happily return.
