They were so patient with the endless questions my girls had, took extra care to explain everything they were doing so the girls were comfortable the whole time. And of course,their haircuts looked great. My daughters left with the biggest smile on their faces! Definitely coming back. Thanks for the wonderful experience! UPDATE MAY 19/22: I decided to get a haircut here since my daughters loved it so much. Best decision! Star went above and beyond to not only take the time to listen to what I want, but also educate me on my hair and what suits me the best. She left me with practical tips on how to style my coarse, thick hair in the most efficient way. Service no one has ever provided me with, including in upscale salons I have been to. You can tell she is passionate about her craft! Highly recommend. Best experience by far!

It is less than a week after my latest trim and I am not sure about returning. I was happy when I left and the stylist was very nice. Upon closer examination, it seems like I have more split ends than when I went in. My hair never had that "fresh cut feel'. My layers are frizzing everywhere.

I booked 3 appointments for myself and my 2 daughters over a month before Christmas. In fact when I booked those appointments for Christmas eve day, my stylist was there helping to make sure it was booked spacing the appointments properly. We were very excited (my daughter had even made her a Christmas card I had a gift ready for her). The salon called at 5:00pm the night before (23rd) to cancel our appointments. At first I was concerned my stylist was ill but the rude girl who called my said “oh she wanted me to call and tell you she doesn’t work Fridays”. That was it, no explanation for the extremely last minute cancellation, no offer to accommodate, no offer to book us in with someone else. They just cancelled knowing full well it would be too late to book 3 appointments elsewhere. What an unprofessional way to treat a client and pretty mean to a long term one. Star knows hair and up until this happened, I loved going her but I can’t support this salon anymore. They are terrible. Don’t book any important appointments (grad/wedding etc) at this Chatters location. It isn’t the first time they have made last minute changes or cancelled appointments either, butthis was the final straw for me.

Star was amazing - she asked me what I wanted, and I had given her very little direction - just that I needed a refresh, and she knew exactly what to do. She took her time and explained everything she was doing as well. I walked out of there super happy with the cut. I will be back for sure!

Moreover, one of their hairstylist, Star, beautiful soul and most important- she is knowledgeable, skillful, pleasant and professional. I had hair cut with her today and she is the best! She took her time and treated me very well. She made me feel welcomed and important. The whole experience was relaxing! I highly recommend Star. Staff including manager were friendly and professional. I made for my next hair colour appointment.
