★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a couch and love set from them! We had a very tight budget and they were wonderful!! However iam really upset because we only had them for less than 2 months and there already starting to cave bad!!! And the one side of the couch Sits higher than the other!! Iam devastated ?

Purchased a sectional in March 2018 with a 5 year warranty. About a year after purchase the sectional started losing filling on seat area I contacted Yvonnes and because of covid he said he couldn't bring couch into shop to repair . So we waited and couch seats just got worst. Finally he agreed to fix sectional and suggested that I sell it after its repaired and he would sell me another couch. I didn't think that I should have to sell my couch instead of them honoring the warranty. Anyway the repairs started as soon as I could arrange for someone to transport 1 piece of sectional at a time because they would not pick up and drop off. When I purchased this sectional I payed 100 cash upon delivery to my address. Because I couldn't produce my sales reciept at the time. After I found my reciept they delivered my furniture after three repair. When they returned my two recliners after the fourth repair they were delivered in an SUV. The seats looked like they were going to explode because of the way the were fixed or filled. One of the recliners was taped with duct tape to close up where they have opened to fix I think. They still have four pieces of my sectional that they have not returned I have the backs and they have had the bottoms for months. Here is pictures of the couch after the fourth repair as well as the backs from the couch that has not been returned. I have also been in contact with the BBB which they decided not to respond to. Look gor yourself pretty obvious that they have not been properly repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly atmosphere, had a great selection at a great price. Overall it was an awesome experience and Kevin was very friendly and informative. Went to 5 different furniture stores before we found Yvonne's. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, it was right at my budget as there were no hidden fees. The best part was that when I left the store, the furniture was already loaded in the back my truck. The whole experience was about 30 minutes from the time I got in the store to browse to out the door with the product loaded in my truck. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade thier furniture! Thanks Kevin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 love seats from them on Feb 22nd 2022. Gave them $1200 deposit. Told us it's gonna take 7 to 14 weeks to have them. Been 15 weeks. Went see them at store Thursday, the same useless guy that sold us the love seats have no idea where or when it will be delivered, took my phone number and told me someone is gonna call me tomorrow ( Friday) .... didn't happen.. Monday has passed so as Tuesday and still nothing... went back to the store, and again , same useless guy, told me Brian, the guy who takes care of shipping will be in tomorrow for 11 am.... guess where I'll be tomorrow at 11 am !!!
When we bought there, in February, a customer walked in and had the same problem, complaining about his couch not been delivered in time .. that should've red flag it for me but unfortunately wife wanted those love seats.
I won't buy from them anymore, 1st and last time.
I'll update after I, hopefully, see Brian tomorrow
