S	S Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RE: Weird, I thought I had a review of Pac Ropes already. Well I really liked the program and it was very active and engaging. Matt. W was/ still is a awesome instructor. The facility had everything we required for the course. Edmonton location will be bringing in a store soon like the Vancouver office. The information is a lot but with some pre-study and online Youtube (Pacific Ropes) videos it'll help the visual aid learners too. There are washrooms and a small kitchen area with a small fridge for a few lunch items. The layout isn't hard to get use to, very practical. I finished and passed my level 1 and even then there's still more in the TACS and ICOP to read through for level 2 prep (after 12 month and 1000hrs min). I really enjoyed the class and hopefully, with luck and development I can grab 1k hrs > of work and get to that level 2 course and I am coming back to Pac's for it.

Roberto and Mike are excellent instructors and really want you to pass within fair grounds. It is a safety oriented course, if anything, it isn't five stars because of how hard the course is. The level of work expected out of the student (physical and mental) is high but it is managed well throughout the training.

He was patient and knowledgeable. Today is our test day and I feel waaay more confident that the first day of a course! Keep up the good work ! Recommend to anyone 100%

Extremely knowledgeable with a great skill set and calm demeanor. As a re-certing Lvl3 this was one of the best weeks I've had in rope access so far! Thanks Again!
A	Angela MacNeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instructors were amazing, they really go out of their way to encourage and train you the best way possible, showing you different techniques like when one is too difficult for you to do, they were awesome! I had a hard time my first day but they were able to keep me encouraged and taught me ways to do things that were best suitable for my performance and I passed with my IRATA 1 on assessment day! Don't think i would of been able to do it without them, shout-out to instructors Cam and Jay!
