★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a ZERO star review I would. This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. This store is terribly managed and poorly staffed. It's as if the workers have never had any previous experience in a customer service role before. When I was shopping at this location the staff put in no effort to resolve my complaint and the customer service line never gets back to you. I would not recommend this location to a single living soul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went today to see something that my wife will like for her birthday gift. She leave the store with a huge smile on her face! Lots of item to choose for, staff are friendly and helpful. Its a bit pricey. But there is no price for the joy and happiness that this brand can able to bring to your love ones specially to ladies. That's all for now. Thanks for wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a dedicated MK customer for 10+ years. I have never had such a disgusting and disappointing experience as I did at the Southgate mall location. The manager Charmaine was ignorant to current society where we do not assume someone's gender. After I expressed my offense to her calling me Ma'am, she defended herself by saying "if someone identified as they/them I would know, it would be obvious"..... Great Charmaine, glad to know you do not care about the LGBTQ + community in the slightest. She told me she assumed my gender based on my hair.......... Some very ignorant humans out there, beware how little they care about your identity at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE EVER, I bought hand bag for my wife last year in December, today I went back to exchange it, as my wife was not here until yesterday. The staff there was so rude she didn't even hear me, I told her I bought it as a gift and my wife she doesn't like it. I didn't have the receipt but I work in retail as Manager and I know there is always a way to make your customer happy........You don't just say sorry and don't even listen. I hope the owner of this shop can coach their employees that customer service is what brings bussiness.
I will NEVER go back to this place.
