★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenice Balisado is a the worst person to be helped by, she’s disrespectful and insinuates you have no money. She’s rude and wouldn’t let me finish any of my sentences. She’s kept rolling her eyes anytime I asked for more ring options. If you want to feel degraded and judged then feel free to get help. But this location needs to fire her. She’s the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashley was such a wonderful salesperson! She helped me pick out a watch for my partners birthday. She gave me a large selection to choose from within my budget and encouraged me to pick the one I felt my partner would like the best. I’m extremely grateful and will be making all of my future jewellery purchases with her. My partner also adored the watch and Ashley was able to fit the links to them right away.
