Founder, Lee Drescher, has always had a clear vision of wanting to offer a unique service to discerning and health conscious pet owners. Since the opening of the first location in 2008, the Bone & Biscuit Company has continually maintained the highest standards and quality of natural foods, supplies and accessories. We define quality by evaluating the ingredients, manufacturing techniques and nutritional value of every product. β β β β β Wonderful little shop! Wide variety of frozen treats. They even had some dog cupcakes. Good selection of toys. Staff is welcoming and friendly! Stopped in there the other day and had a nice chat with the woman behind counter.

β β β β β I recently moved to the east coast and have not been able to find my pups favourite Kong Cozie toy. I came to Edmonton to visit my parents and noticed the Bone & Biscuit next to SaveOnFoods. On a whim, I decided to go in. My First impression was how clean and comfortable the store was. And within moments of entering, my mother and I were greeted with a cheerful hello. I told the ladies what I was looking for. (AKA a toy for my distructo dog) They were very knowledgeable and were very interested in what worked for my dogβs needs. It was a very enjoyable experience and I am so sad I did not know of them when I still lived here. Needless to say, they will be on my list of places to go whenever I am in town.

β β β β β I love this location and the owners even more. They make every trip in to B&B an enjoyable experience for us, and our dogs. Theyβre so informative with their products and genuinely care for your pet. Our older dog was struggling with an allergy flare up. Jo worked with us to find a food that he loved and wouldn't react to. They also have an impressive treat selection. I couldnβt recommend this location more.

β β β β β Was on a mission for a specific kind of locally-made cat tree and had been directed to Bone & Biscuit as a retailer. Started at another location which then called and confirmed what I needed was here at Gateway. Great experience all around! The owner was super knowledgeable about the product and its suitability for my chonky boy. Not sure what was the best part of the experience -- the fact it came at a slight discount or that her husband unexpectedly helped load it into my car!

β β β β β stopped in to get a K9 sport sac for my pooch. we had such great service! the owner helped us and was super friendly and helped us get our pooch into her nee backpack. definitely recommend this spot for your pet needs

β β β β β When I tell you I'm a fan of this place, I mean, stop what you're doing right now and start shopping here for your cats and dogs! I don't live in Edmonton, but this will always be my go-to place for my cat when I'm in the area. The store is bright and clean with a variety of good quality products in a very welcoming environment, and it's in a good location with plenty of parking. The store is really nice, but it's the customer service for me. Jo is amazing! It's clear that she absolutely adores animals by how she interacts with them; she treats her fur customers like they're her own. She's always very friendly, and especially to my cat, Loki, whenever we're there. Loki had a situation where he got freaked out by something just outside the store, but Jo helped immediately and I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Above and beyond! I was already sold on this place the first time I went there, but now I'll only choose this store for my cat when we're in the area!
