β β β β β We brought our 6 month old doodle in for Toriβs beginner puppy class and she is so amazing! We laughed the whole time and also learned a bunch in just the first hour. She is so friendly and funny and personable. After only 1 class Iβm SO glad that she ended up being our instructor!

β β β β β We got a kitty, I've only owned a cat when I was a child. The staff members here went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and taught us some tips! The dog training manager helped us out soo much! Thank you again!!!

β β β β β Very knowledgeable staff, it depends on store to store. This store I feel is much friendlier and a lady staff, I forgot the name, told me everything about setting up a new fish tank in detail. Thank you for the useful information. I will be going back for future purchases.

β β β β β I can not tell you how much I love puppy school with Tori. She is so fun and realistic. My puppy leans so fast while loving her time there. A great balance of mental stimulation and play. My puppy adores her teacher. We will continue to go to register for classes. Thank you

β β β β β Me and my daughter went to this place to buy food for our pets. While billing, the cashier billed twice for the product we purchased. I noticed it and waited patiently for her to finish billing. Finally, after I got the receipt I checked it if was correct or not. As I noticed earlier I was billed twice for a product worth $47. When I asked, the cashier did not answer responsibly. Then I asked the manager about it, she took a look and said yes it was billed twice and the amount will be refunded to you and she said what's the big deal? How rude!!! Will she allow me get out of the store if I didn't pay $47 and said the same what's the big deal.. She didn't even tried to apologize.
It would be better if you avoid going to that store. .

β β β β β im 3 hours away from this location but i choose to go here for cosmo cause he always feel at ease and happy after the grooming! i know the groomer treats him right!
he got sick grooming from other location so id rather travel here and see him calm and happy!
Also a big thumbs up to the petsmart app . its very easy to book appointments!
