β β β β β Location is little hard to get to, as you have to drive into a plaza then snake through a tight parking lot.
Once inside, the restaurant is clean and odorless. The only thing you smell is the food.
The server greeted with a smile and explained the menu. They recommended their special which was 5.00, so I bought two.
The food was cooked fresh and under 5-6 minutes. I will always wait for fresh food.
I ordered the Cheese steak and it was fantastic. I added the standard green peppers, onions and mushrooms. I found eating the 6 inch sandwich, plus half the 2nd sandwich to be just the perfect amount for me. Hence the 8 inch sandwich they currently offer.
The menu is vast and yet over whelming. Cheese and sauces options are quite a few. There are also lots of poutine choices to be had. The poutine is quite large and is a meal all on its own.
I highly recommend this Whitby location of Philthy Philly's to eat.

β β β β β Being a vegetarian, I've explored so many restaurants all around but the greasy veggie poutin here is the best that I ever had. Fully satisfied by tase buds, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended keeping in mind the staff hospitality and the ambience. looking forward to hog in the restaurant.

β β β β β Decided to give them a second chance and once again - I was so disappointed. We ordered a burger, poutine and chicken fingers. The chicken finger were so over cooked that I wouldnβt feed it to my dog! I could have purchased better frozen chicken fingers from No Frills!
The fries were once again under cooked and the burger - according to my husband - tasted funny. Never again.

β β β β β Not good anymore use to be amazing. I would say it taste like mr sub quality. Ordered two one for.me.one for my brother he refused to eat his because the guy did not wash his hands when before making them. I eat mine still no cheese veggies I skipped because they where not fresh. I wish I followed my brother's lead and just lose the money and give it to the garbage can.

β β β β β I visited this place yesterday. To begin with, the place has an amazing ambiance and the service was welcoming. This was my first visit to the place, as I was wondering what to order looking at that vast menu. The guy over there helped me out and asked my preferences and suggested me to take "THE BIG BOSS" which was outstanding.
P.S - Little pricey. But it's the same rate as every location.

β β β β β It should be a crime to make poutine this bad. Ordered from UberEATS and this is how my food arrived. Extremely poor packaging. My bottle of Sprite was just tossed on top of this. The cheese curds were cold and nowhere near melted since there was hardly a single drop of gravy on the entire thing. I see pictures of delicious poutine and I can assure you that is not what you will get from this place. The pulled pork was just some dried up pork on a hotdog bun with hardly any sauce (even though I politely asked for lots of sauce). All in all it was an extremely dry meal. I ended up just putting ketchup and salt on the fries (because this doesnβt deserve to be called a poutine.) If they ran out of gravy or something then at least contact your customer and let them know donβt send a box of fries with some half frozen curds on top. Canβt believe I just spent $20 on such a poor excuse of a meal. Never again.

β β β β β Awesome staff, super friendly every time I've been there. The turn-around is always fast too, so you're never waiting long. We always order the Poutine and Philly cheese steak, and we are always happy with the results. Lots of sauces to choose from for the sandwiches too. Definitely recommend this place.

β β β β β I ordered using Uber and requested a scheduled delivery. The order arrived on time but the food was not worth the time or money. The poutine arrived cold - stone cold. The club wrap had a ton of lettuce, barely any chicken or bacon, and no tomatoes. Also, when I took the wrap out of the bag it was so poorly wrapped - the entire sandwich unfolded. The Diet Coke that completed the combo was flat.
This was my first and last time ordering from this Whitby location. When I called the restaurant the person who answered didnβt even greet my call professionally. It was simply, βhello!β I thought I had misdialed. All around unprofessional and should not be in business. Donβt waste your money.
