★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orange Theory is by far my favorite workout experience. I love the circuit of cardio and weights, with goals and music. The staff are incredible and I look forward to each workout.
I have seen and felt the results and have nothing but great things to say about it. I have been a member for 18 months and have lost 30 lbs and 18 inches. Even during the lock down, the virtual workouts put my body to the test.
I LOVE IT! If you are unsure, try it. Every adventure begins with a first step.

I have worked with a few trainers in the last couple of years and MJ is one of the best.
Kudos to the whole team.
