★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well to start the only reason we went there is because my wife misread the name as "highland blinds". I would have skipped right over them had I known the actual name assuming they only sold expensive hunter Douglas blinds and the like.
The showroom was small but the guys working there were attentive, and they really only sold the zebra style blinds. They took our measurements and had the blinds ready quite quick in about half an hour which was nice. Installed them myself which was easy and they look really good. The only reason they're getting 4 instead of 5 stars is because our blinds were billed as "blackout" and a fair amount of light comes through the pleats on the zebra fabric even when lined up perfectly. Paired with curtains over top provides a dark room but would have been nice to be able to use the blinds on their own as they look really nice.
Overall a good experience, just wish the product blocked more light.
