★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a very busy professional and dont have time to book an in home consultation or visit them during 8-5 business hours Monday to Friday. At first they answered my questions through email and then stopped replying after multiple attempts to get my questions answered. Very disappointing especially because most people will have lots of questions about the different options out there.

The tear in my old ones could not be repaired but Wendy got me the number of where I could go :) Thanks for great service, Wendy! When the time comes, I'll pay you a visit!

He spent a considerable amount of time with me in the showroom choosing samples, and then came to my home with them to ensure they were right for the space. The man who came to install the blinds was very kind and worked quickly. Overall a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 5 year old son decided that he needed to snip the cords and ladders of our blinds to see out the window. GAAAH! After contacting five blind stores that would not do it I was ready to give up. But Wendy at Accent was willing to give it a go. Her shop took on a time-consuming and difficult job that no one else would. The first time the cord colour didn't match but Wendy apologized and took it back to install a closely matching colour at no extra charge. Thank you Accent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since our condo replaced all our windows, my Hunter Douglas cellular blinds and very wide 3" metal venetians no longer fit. I took them into Accent and they cut them to the right size and they now fit perfectly. I am so happy that I don't have to purchase all new blinds! Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Accent Window Care for several small projects over the last 20 years, and all were completed in a prudent, timely, and professional way. It was easy to decide to return to them when we wanted to replace all our aging draperies and blinds - and we were amazed that they recognized us and recalled the previous small jobs. All of our windows are large, with some oversized, making a complex project. Their advice about blind function and a practical motorized opening system has been invaluable. The drapery is not simple but was solved with the help of the AWC advisers, seamstress, and installers. Their attention to detail, and commitment to perfection, has been wonderful experience in real expertise.
