★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service but don't ever run behind on rent. I went in to make a payment. They pretended like my card didn't work the first time so they had to key it in. Not only did they take the payment I went in to make but they also waited a few days and then processed another payment right after for a different amount. It was not my card on file and they did it without authorization. Sneaky sneaky tactics from a company who appears to be legit on the surface. Don't trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had rented a 10' x 10' Storage unit here for 2 years. The price was reasonable, the grounds were always clean and most importantly the customer service was outstanding! If I ever need another storage unit, I would not look anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff but the facility needs maintenance. Doors do not get repaired during the winter. Exterior roll up door to access my interior unit only opens to 5 feet and is a head bashing risk. Was told that it would be fixed in the spring. Still waiting.
