N	Norman Barnhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called cliff towing at 2:15 today for a medium hauler for a truck that was down on a jobsite. Was told it would be a couple of hours. No problem wasn't in a rush but did need my truck back as it's fully loaded with tools and the keys were left in it for the driver. 7 hours later cliffs calls and says they don't have anyone available. I'd expect if you commit to a service you show up. And if you don't think you can make it give someone notice so they can find another company. I've used them in the past because they are close to my shop, and have had issues before. Would not recommend.

The response was timely (because an off duty worker happened to be shopping there). Despite it being during a time that was not busy, and considering the simplicity of the job (it all took about 25 seconds to unlock my car), I was then charged 199. This is straight up extortion. Pricing like this preys on people when they had little other choice and are fairly vulnerable. The terminal that Cliffs Towing uses then asked me for a tip. I would expect to pay this much during peak times or after hours. Call a different company if you need your vehicle unlocked.

He got my car boosted before I even filled out the form. He was very professional and kind. I couldn't thank him enough for getting it going so quickly with how cold it was out. I would definitely recommend them!!!

They arrived quickly, took great care with my car, and delivered it directly to the dealership for me. Customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend them, and although I hope my car's performance is better in the future and I won't need any more tows, I would definitely use them again.

Had an issue starting my motorcycle, and after it wouldn’t hold a boost/charge tried to call around and cliffs had the fastest response time and friendliest and easiest customer service. They came quick and efficiently, and even though the fella helping me was new to the company (naveen I believe) was such a standup guy and made me feel more then comfortable and reassured. Highly recommend this service, coming from a small town I hate dealing with the toxic city company’s but cliffs new how to personalize and make me feel like a priority. And the price wasn’t bad at all! Thanks again to all the guys at cliffs, and a special thanks to the new fella who helped me
J	Julia MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliff's Towing does not share their liability policy to the public, and do not provide this information due to "confidentiality." If there are any damages to your vehicle after being towed, expect to pay for it yourself in full. The manager is extremely rude and condescending, and multiple employees frequently removed their masks (during COVID-19 restrictions) which is not ideal for someone who is immunocompromised. I would highly recommend not using their services whenever possible. I never write reviews but I feel this is important for you to know before you waste your time and money.

The best absolute best customer service from the phone intake worker to the tow truck drivers themselves. I have never had a bad experience with anything to do with Cliffs Towing. I'd give a million star review if possible. I'd highly recommend them for any and all vehicle help. Love Cliff's!!!!!
