A	Andy Cureye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I have never had a rude driver or one that was in a bad mood, they have always been nice towards me and never discriminated. All the taxis I was in were always clean and neat and that is important to me. It shows that the driver really does care for their job and work, and not to mention that they have always had debit machine available if you don't carry cash like I do.
j	jeremy Denault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use them or especially their app, they don't know how to go to a place requested for pick up, in fact if you prepay they will say that they couldn't find you and keep a hold on your funds for at least 24 hours, calling in they will do nothing for you except have you leave a voice-mail for someone to eventually get back to you about it, so if your funds are limited and you can't pay for multiple taxis not worth the risk they will not fix the problem and leave you stuck where ever you are and not try to fix a thing even if the mistake is fully on their drivers who seem to not know how to answer their phone (probably to busy talking to whoever on the phone)
S	Shae Larson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the drivers are very nice. Others don't listen, yell at you over the phone if you are taking 1 minute too long. Or ask for a deposit when they know my profile says I always pay at the end of the ride with a more than generous tip. They won't even start driving when I'm counting the money in my hand when it's a 20 dollar ride and I have obviously more than 100 dollars and am in a rush. They also talk to their friends on the phone while driving. Not really good.
A	Annabelle S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Delta Marriott and they recommended Yellow cab for Airport service as they had a flat rate. I booked online and received confirmation. The next morning I called to change my reservation and the agent said there was no reservation in my name? No worries. She made another. Pie cab arrives on time for the airport and 10 minutes into my ride I received a call from a cab driver telling me he was waiting outside rhe hotel. OOPS. Other than the system error and sending another driver (wasted his time, sorry!) the service and rate was reasonable. I would still recommend
L	Lilly Winchester_13 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hit and miss with these guys, some drivers are incredibly respectful and will treat you like you are a celebrity, while others see you as inferior if you travel without a man or have a disability. Personal experience is they will not provide you with personal information. Have a case with the privacy comisionare regarding that. I sugest recording all your rides with both audio and video as about 75% of the drivers do at leats ONE of the following Rude Add extra change to your trip LOCK THE DOOR WITH CHILD SAFTY Text or deal with their cel phone or tablet while driving Ignore school zone limits Ignore provincial regulations And Decide the route for you If you are a female be particularly careful especially if you xant open the cab from the inside after it has stopped. REPORT THE CAB #

The amount on the screen (rate of the ride and extra if they waited) should match the amount on the debit machine, don't just tap your card without looking. Be careful because this has happened far too many times and I use their taxi services almost daily to get to work. I reached out to their helpline so hopefully it gets resolved, but it's a hassle so be careful
C	Cliffs Towing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place I have ever worked! All staff , and management I have had contact with are so patient and very polite. I believe I found my home in the tow industry. Thanks to all the management, mechanical, and supervision, and all the tow operates for supporting me too be a heavy wrecker operator. I'm so happy I was given this chance. Thank you Cliffs towing
