β β β β β We are working on completing our basement in our house. We hired someone who claimed they could texture our ceiling and match the rest of our house. The contractorβs job was not even close to the splatter our builder had done. In a panic, I started looking for professional companies to fix the botched job. I called AB texturing and Enis answered immediately. He knew right away what type of work had been done and he was confident he could fix it. We were about to scrape off the old job when Enis told us there was no need. His crew could easily fix it and pointless to make more work for us. I immediately felt confident in booking with AB texturing.
I also found out that my original contractor was charging me 3 times the going rate! Enis could have charged me the same rate but he was honest and extremely reasonable on the pricing. Enis was able to book me in within a couple days. His crew showed up on time, equipped and ready to get the job done. They were clean and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience. I only wish I went with them right from the start. Lesson learned.
I highly recommend them!

β β β β β Good experience with this company. Good price and they work fast. Not to mention they are very kind and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. We had them texture our entire home including the basement with Knock Down and it looks very nice.

I had a rather negative experience during early evening arterial road traffic.
The passenger of the work vehicle saw it fit to show me the finger multiple times as they believed I cut them off.
The driver was very professional and completely undeterred throughout the exchange.
I called the owner the next day to provide my side of the story and some insight.
He didnβt hesitate to question his driver and get his side of the story and explain that this type of behavior is completely unprofessional and is not tolerated.
I told the driver he handled the entire situation very well and professionally and recommended that the owner commend/praise him for this.
However the passenger of the vehicle seems to be a poor representation for the face of this company and is the reason why Iβm giving 4 stars.
As negative as the experience was, I would seriously consider contacting this company for any business I can give them as I appreciated the way the owner handled this situation and the drivers reaction at the time and kindness during our conversation.

β β β β β I contacted Alberta Texturing Ltd on September 21, 2021 @ 1222 hrs. I left a voice message. As had not heard back I phoned again at 1910 hrs. It was answered and the person advised to email from the website. I felt like I was interrupting the person from his demeanour on the phone. I immediately sent an email. 2 days later I still had not heard back from them so sent a second email on September 23, 2021. I have yet to hear back from them. Their work may be good but their customer service is poor. If they don't return phone calls or emails what can be expected if they are hired? What can be expected if warranty work is required?

I had some minor ceiling damage when I moved into my house. I hired a contractor (not this company) who was recommended to come and fix it. He made my ceiling look like 100 times worse than when he arrived. He also took four different trips to do it. I called these guys and Colton came the next day. He stripped off the terrible previous work and replaced it with some seriously fine work. The whole job was done in one trip. He even came back later that day when it was dry and painted it.
The cost was reasonable. The work was excellent. You canβt even see the previous damage or the previous hack work. 95% or better match to the original texture.
Iβm summary- quality work, good price, done quickly, and friendly service.
Iβd recommend for sure.
