Shoemaker Drywall Supplies - Edmonton
In 1974 Clare Shoemaker, along with his wife Judy and other family members founded and opened the first Shoemaker Drywall Supplies (SDS) yard in Lethbridge Alberta. Over forty years later SDS has become one of the largest drywall suppliers in Western Canada with eleven branches across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Today SDS is managed by not only the second generation of Clare’s family, but by over 200 dedicated team members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work here for years great place great people.. but how ever there isn't much room to move up, Ive work here for in total almost 10 years they gave me a chance to move to another one of our sister company's out on the island was a great place great team but I had some family and personal problems happened. They didn't not really care for it and when I asked to return back to the city and my old job they offer no help and no support for someone that they wanted to succeed. Pay was alright but for the work you do you really think you deserve more.

Holding my heavy 6.25 lbs./sq ft Quietrock for months while I secured my foundation, they also hand-delivered the 32 sheets down two flights of stairs to my basement. Overall, I have no complaints about these guys and would gladly do business with them again.

As an additional plus, they helped load up the drywall in my vehicle.
Shoemaker isn't an alternative to a big box hardware store, they're your first choice, and I'll definitely be back.
