★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a taxi for a ride to the airport. It never showed up and when I phoned they told me their computer went down???? They also said I would need to call another company as they would not be able to pick me up. I ended up taking my vehicle to the airport and was left with a huge parking bill and I almost missed my plane. Not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they dropped me off at the wrong entrance of the mall which has been closed due to Covid I called for them to pick me up. However the mall is open after all I explained to them that the mall was actually open and I do not need a taxi simple misunderstanding on both of our parts yet I am blocked. Had they dropped me off downstairs where the mall is open I would not have wasted 1/2 wondering around lost don’t know why I’m to blame..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Anytime Taxi's wheelchair taxi service for the first time this morning to transport my mother from Sturgeon Community Hospital into north Edmonton. The driver was friendly, courteous and very competent. I am very pleased with the service and would like to use it again for other appointments and trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They went out of their way helping my mom in a wheelchair get to her airport departure, despite a travelling companion showing up very late. Then the return flight was delayed several hours requiring a pickup after midnight. Osman adjusted his schedule to help us get mom home safe and sound to the nursing staff. Excellent kind service. Highly recommend this company. The y are reliable, prompt and priced competitively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave me a good deal on a ride to work one day I lost my keys at work and had to leave my SUV at work and got a ride home with a coworker thus needed to get back to work the next day. Got me there on time and we were late leaving. Great experience.
