★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to talk/understand to a person who speaks heavily accented English behind a surgical mask and sporting a very bad cold. Why is he even working under those conditions?
On the plus side, they are open til 2am every night of the year except for Christmas. Every other store in the area seems to close at 10pm.
Edit: thanks for your reply. Your emplyee obviously had a very bad cold or flu. Why did you even consider having him work?
Do you not have any healthy substitute workers?
