Great selection for baking,birthday planning crafting, painting and everything thing else in-between great selection of faux flowers for every budget and wreaths for every season. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended bringing in an online coupon really makes a difference and can add up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I ordered a bunch of threads, and black DMC was among them. I was surprised to found in my order dark blue threads instead of black. Nobody contacted me if I would to have dark blue instead of black. It was imposed on me. I paid for delivery, and I paid for floss I needed. I don's such attitude, and I won't recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today and Barry was the most helpful employee I’ve ever experienced at a Michaels location. He went above and beyond in greeting me when I entered the store. And when he noticed I was struggling to carry my items he even brought me over a cart and helped me load it up. I would highly recommend coming and shopping at this location. Thanks for your help Barry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bag of "decorative snow" for $7.99 for a project. When I got home and opened the bag, it was literally shredded plastic.. WOW!!! I always thought Michaels was known for higher end craft products.
Even the DOLLAR STORE! wouldn't sell something like this, and if it were bought at the dollar store for a dollar I wouldn't be as pi$$ed. But to pay $7.99 FOR SHREDDED PLASTIC!! I am beyond speechless. I will absolutely never trust the "quality" of Michaels products ever again, just go to dollarama.
