★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in this morning looking to pick up a new driver. They let me test out four different drivers, till I choose the Ping G425 SFT. Chantel and her Co-worker were great. Used the club this afternoon and 9 out of 10 shots went straight, besides my usual major slice. Plus I now hit and average of 285, over my usual 250.
Awesome job, and thanks for the new club

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on April 15 and left with a full set for the GF and I. Had an excellent experience with the staff there.
Jayce did a great job explaining what to look for and provided excellent customer service. He was patient and ensured all of our questions were addressed.
Sara K provided my GF with great advice and also provided excellent customer service.
Murray spent an hour with us the previous day and was also extremely helpful. Andy the GM was very polite and professional.

Before arriving, I called to ask some questions as I am new to the sport and a was lucky to be passed on to very pleasant staff member by the name of Graham. Graham was so knowledgeable, friendly, didn't upsell me on a set I didn't need and took his time to make sure all of my questions were answered. I could not be happier with the level of service I received. I would highly recommend shopping at this store hands down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrew at Golf Town went above and beyond. I was in the store 03/25/22 to buy a pair of golf shoes. I tried two pairs on both being Footjoy. I chose one. I boxed them up and asked the sales associate to put the other pair back. I grabbed a new golf glove and the shoes payed and left the store. I realized over lunch that I had mixed the boxes up and had actually payed $30 less then I should of. I felt really bad as the store was not only out the money the inventory was also going to be out. I headed back and talked to Andrew and explained what happened. He couldn’t believe I came back. Andrew accepted total responsibility even though I told him it was me who mixed up the boxes. He ended up discounting the shoes further and gave me a free sleeve of TM golf balls. I saved the best part for last not only did I mix the boxes up I put one of each pair of shoe in the box! I could of just said forget it and not gone back thinking I got a deal when in reality I had two different golf shoes. Thanks again Andrew you really restored a lot of personal faith in humanity! Highly recommend Golf Town Edmonton!
