★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to discuss my plan with Telus. The lady that served us (she had short blonde hair) was quite rude and short with us. For instance, when discussing the notes on my file she barely looked at me, didn't ask me questions and presumed that I wanted my current phone (Google) replaced. When I tried to explain to her that I wanted to compare prices with other phones a couple times, she didn't look at me and asked someone to check the back for a Google phone. Thank goodness they didn't have the color I wanted on the Google phone since I wasn't willing to sit with that lady for an hour setting it up. She made it very uncomfortable to be in the store and they definitely lost a sale today. I would've told her that she was being rude if I thought it would've changed her attitude, but I just wanted to get out of there. She made it uncomfortable to be in the store at all
I went to the Telus store on Parsons and Ellerslie after, it was a night and day experience!
