★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dylan and his team at fix auto are amazing. They are quick, they communicate with you well. Very polite and nice to deal with, I highly recommend them for any work you need done. Got my bumper and side panel fixed. They did that and then on top of it cleaned my whole truck. Even did the inside and in a painter it was a mess. Love you guys thank you so much :)

Very thorough with their work and it is immaculate! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs. It's like it never happened.

Dylan in particular went above and beyond, fixing things that he didn't need to (with my approval) because he noticed them and it was simple, informing me about common problems to look for in my vehicle down the line, and was honestly just super pleasant and helpful. Will always go back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fix Auto Edmonton South is one of the best customer experiences I have had in months. From the time I called to have my bumper and fender repaired they were absolute professionals. Dylan, the manager, was informative, polite, an excellent communicator and took care of all my insurance and rental needs. When my car was completed, it looked brand new and even the interior had been cleaned! Very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this place 10 stars if I could because I received the best customer service from Dylan. He is super knowledgeable and professional. I went there to get a quote on a repair for my vehicle and he took his time to explain everything to me in details. He didn't rush me into make a decision and I felt like he genuinely cared about his customers. He gave me different options and let me know exactly what to expect in terms of a timeline. He was very accommodating and understanding. As long as Dylan works at this location, I would never go anywhere else for any future repairs and maintenance on my vehicle.
