★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uniuni’s delivery guy left my daughters Xmas present parcel outside of my workplace downtown Edmonton at 2 am on a Friday night. Was stolen instantly. Had to call in three times to their head office in BC to try and get some answers just to be told to call the Edmonton office-that office “doesn’t accept phone calls” when you try and call it. Worst delivery service. Worst customer service. Do better Uniuni. You’re a delivery service- you should know better. Wait until the business opens and deliver then. How hard is that to figure out?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never recommend their services to anyone. I called customer service on multiple occasions on different days since they told me to wait for updates. I had to go to their office/warehouse only for them to tell me that my package was lost. Instead of customer service updating me on this situation, they told me to keep waiting and call back for updates. They’re so disorganized and their customer service needs improvement too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm receiving very poor service from this company. I didn't contract them, and wouldn't consider it for my personal shipping. Communication is very poor on their end. Emails are ignored or addressed with form letters that don't answer specific questions. Phone reps are evasive. If I call Monday and hear my package will arrive Monday or Tuesday, and I call Tuesday to hear the package might arrive as late as Thursday, I'm dealing with either dishonest or incompetence. Canada Post could have gotten my package to me in a week at the outside. My package has been in Edmonton since Friday, and I'm being told it could be a week before someone can drive it across town. This is like going to McDonalds and being told they'll get the burgers figured out soon, and to just sit tight.
Of course, to add Uniuni's impression of staggering incompetence, a follow up call reveals my package is still at their warehouse, and they can't find it.
What I would like to know is, what actually is their business model? They say it's 'Uber-based' but that tells me nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had to do so much legwork for a phone case in my life that I purchased.
Everyone claimed that the case was delivered on the 19th. Everyone except for me. I talked to UniUni two days ago. Swore up and down it was delivered. He claimed he would send me a picture. It didn’t come until yesterday after noon. That was after I gave him my email address five times. Then got a call back for it one more time.
So I emailed back because the picture was of a hand holding the parcel in front of the door. I questioned it again. Asking if it was given to a man or woman. I was sent the same exact email as before. So I sent another email back calling them out on not answering my question. I then told them about the security cameras and no one came in with a parcel that I could see.
I received a text:
“Hello, this is Uniuni we would like to tell you that your order will come today, the driver said that your business was closed at the first time but he will try to deliver it again today, thanks and have a wonderfull day”
So after being told this whole time it was delivered - no way was it any other option, they admit it wasn’t delivered. I got my phone case late yesterday finally.
I’ve added screen captures of my exchanges as proof to back up what happened. I do not recommend this company and sadly it looks like others are in the same lane as me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Originally the driver dropped it off at the wrong address. After many phone calls and promises not kept I finally got my parcel. I have let the company that I originally ordered from that as long as they used UniUni as a delivery company I would no longer order online from them.
