UMAC started in 1988 as the pioneer in the freight forwarding industry under the name Forex Cargo. In 2003, our company grew and this gave birth to the name UMAC.
UMAC FORWARDERS EXPRESS, INC. is named after our late Chairman of the Forex Family of Companies, Teodoro “Uncle Mac” M. Carino Jr. who remains to be our inspiration for delivering timely service to our customers.
Our workforce in the Philippines has over two decades of experience in the processing, handling, and delivering of balikbayan boxes from 14 countries all over the world to the Philippines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I phoned for pick up schedule, I was given the time frame from 2pm to night time. We slept in on the said day of pick up and the delivery guy phoned me a lot of times in the morning. He picked up my box at 10am. Umac has fair pricing with the box. Filipino from Eastern Samar politely chatted with us. Amazing company!!! I will add up more boxes next time....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad bad bad service! It took 4 months to reach destination! I know there is some i ternational issue blah blah but 2 weeks sitting in thier office in marikina before sending in Pangasinan. How about that. After a long wait my family receive it but only one box the other one after 2 days. And my box is ripped. I will never send to this company ever again! Then, when they gave the 2nd box thier guy has a crumpled face. From Canada to Philippines all of them are not friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst experience I had with UMAC.Our boxes were picked up early February and for more than a month there was no update of our boxes.Tracking is useless.Last week based on the tracking,shipment will arrive this 20th of May then suddenly it was moved to May 31st.This is too much of waiting,very frustrating and regretting.This will be our last time to use this service.The company should have warned customers that boxes are delayed due to pandemic if this is the reason rather than promising that in 2 months time our lovedones will recieve the cargo.Use other freight companies or never use as this is very upsetting.
