1 star but should really be 0! Nothing but issues with this courier. They show an item ordered is out for delivery yet within minutes delivery attempt failed, most times they don't even bother to show up to the delivery location. Notes on the delivery instructions advise the hours of operation for the business as this is the delivery location, doesn't make any difference. Zero customer service, try calling and you sit on hold for over an hour and no available reps for their online chat. Requested Amazon to deprioritize this hauler from my account as has my coworker who has had the exact same issues.

Package was to be delivered today by 8pm. I called at 7:45 as the package tracking still indicated at facility and not ever out for delivery. I was told will be delivered in next 24-48 hours. I said this was unacceptable as delivery said TODAY by 8pm. I called Amazon to complain and they took note. I looked at tracking around 10:30pm and now it says an attempt was made at 8:59pm. What a joke this company is. No attempt was made and they just lied. I have requested to Amazon that I NEVER have my packages delivered by them again.

The drive was supposed to pick up a return for Amazon. FedEx had delivered a package fro. A different vendor and the Amazon contracted driver picked up (stole) my merchandise. The customer service experience has been lie after lie. It will be there tomorrow they said. 3 times I called and that was the response each time. I am surprised that Amazon uses such a poor company.

I had ordered a package, and even Paid more towards shipping to have it shipped sooner. I didn’t get it the first day due to complications, so I called the helpline they said the next driver WOULD call me upon arrival. The next day I’m waiting and the driver was supposed to call me upon arrival and didn’t call me… I’m pretty frustrated because on the line they don’t seem to care, and the delivery drivers are showing the same exact negligence. I feel powerless because the issue is not be resolved and I even asked if I could pick it up at a post office and I wasn’t even Presented with this option. Beware of this company handling your Parcels and packages.

Worst delivery company ever. Ordered something for my baby on Amazon and have stayed home for 2 days to recieve the package and they say they tried to deliver but no one has come to my house. And i have security footage to prove it. I have yet to receive my package. Leave the package on the step like any other Amazon delivery. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Not impressed at all. I don't even understand how they are still in business. Their employees must be collecting all these free packages for themselves.

Intelcom Express was not my choice of courier. I did not know of them. Just ordered an item online and it was shipped using their service by the seller. Very expensive item. A large computer. Their tracking system is not good. They ship eBay items. But their tracking system is not linked to the eBay's. So, the eBay ETA was way off and did not specify Intelcom Express as the shipping courier. Then yesterday, I saw my package in my doorstep. Outside in plain sight of pedestrians. The ETA stated April 13. Two packages. The driver took a photo and left them there for anyone to pick up because, according to Intelcom, he/she "deemed it safe". Our location is frequented by homeless people, who use our neighbor THE BOTTLE DEPOT. Safe ? Very expensive item. No call from dispatch, no warning. Reckless, lazy, irresponsible driver. I attempted to reach the company on 5 occasions yesterday. I have yet to have my call answered.

I am so terribly annoyed and disappointed. I don't ever enjoy writing a negative review, but this has gone from BAD to WORSE. I have been waiting for almost 12days for a package to be delivered. I signed up for notifications - and it has advised me step by step what was happening with the delivery. Every time the messaging changed. As of today ( I was given a window of 3 hours stating it was out for delivery) only to receive another notification it was failed to be delivered. Yet again! This is a business address and there has been someone waiting at the front desk at all times. I called the "help line" and the gentleman I spoke to basically shewed me and hung up the phone on me. The absolute worst worst customer service ever!!!!

Intelcom is only as good as the delivery person that services your location. I’ve had a great experience in the past but that was THEN. Almost without fail these third party contracted POS delivery agents are too lazy to walk up my TWO cleared porch steps to place a simple envelope in the mailbox - and instead leave out in the open away from the house to face the elements. You can voice your displeasure but you’re NOT their customer - it is the delivery service that has contracted them so that’s who you need to contact as well as the vendor. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! ????????
