The office was clean and professional and the staff were extremely courteous. There was never any pressure applied and all decisions were mine. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. We get together once a year for the review and it’s such a nice visit. I don’t like to think about my investments much during the year so to touch base with her and have her explain everything and how all my investments are progressing is very helpful.

He has been incredibly accommodating with our meetings and makes sure times work for us and our kids bedtimes, even if it means he works late. He has also been extremely patient with all our questions and concerns, and he really makes sure we understand what is going on. We were also impressed with all the extras the company does (charity etc) and how they take care of their clients. They make you feel very valued and make things as easy as possible, which I appreciate. Our experience so far has been great and I would recommend this company (especially Jason) to everyone!

They are also wonderful at hearing their clients in what their interests and focus are to ensure they get the best plan working for them. Their professional approach made the process easy to understand and very efficient in figuring out what our financial situation was and how we can make improvement. They also brought us options we never thought of. They are real, honest, hard working Canadians who understand the value of money and hard work and approach their work with their clients in the most direct and compassionate way. We are so grateful for their advice and help. In a short couple of months we stopped losing money in unnecessary payments, which was incredibly stressful and it felt like we were bailing water out of a boat with giant holes. Through the process we also freed up $2000 a month to put towards investments and our future. In the midst of that we were also able to get a new car, something that wasn’t even an option before.
