Spent over an hour on the phone and talked to 7 different customer service people who could NOT help me. Considering cancelling all policies with Sunlife.

The advisor and manager are both ignorant and unprofessional.
During my life insurance application, which feels like I am begging them to sell me life insurance cuz I am the one putting effort in whereas themselves don't seem to care nor communicating with the client.
I'd recommend you stay away from this place.
