★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we decided to start our own company, our first thought was to go to the banks we had years of personal history with. Even though we went in with a solid business plan, impeccable personal credit, and years of experience in our industry, both banks wasted our time. Each spent two weeks to "read" our plan, only to decide they wouldn't even consider us because we had not been in business for two years, a fact that we had made clear from the beginning.
It seemed as though our dream of opening up our own business was not to be. Until we heard of ATB's Entrepreneur Centre.
Within a week we were approved for a small loan, enough to get us started, and had our bank accounts, credit card, and payment systems in place! Angela was so kind to us, guiding us through our first weeks. Maria helped us through a six month review to make sure we were on track. Nicole is welcoming at all the workshops. Rob and his team have been so helpful in getting our business off the ground.
And the workshops deserve a review unto themselves! Completely free, they cover a wide range of topics and are lead by experts in their fields. They are also a great place to meet other business owners and learn from their experiences!
We couldn't be happier with ATB and their team at the Entrepreneur Centre.

Multiple times I've been called by the branch to make sure they are meeting all of our needs. The education they provide at the Entrepreneur centre is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who does not have a relationship with their bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been their client for several year, with average service experience, I am with them more for convenience. But recently I had the worse experience with them. I transferred a car loan from a Credit Union to ATB, starting making payment the same week with ATB, but they failed to tell me that the Credit Union never received the payment for the loan so I am stuck with two loan payments and they have been unresponsive to my request of adjusting the previously paid Interest. Because of the double payments I have been paying interest to two loans, I only asked to get the credit for the interest on the payments from payment 1 until ATB actually clearer the original loan with the credit union. Honestly already regretting my decision. Not only ATB loan is 2% more expensive, which I was willing to pay just for convenience; I am not impress with their customer service.
This is a 100% real customer, still dealing with this issue, still having to pay two car loans until they issue the draft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice space and the service was wonderful. They have some pretty friendly and helpful people working here we're thankful we got the referral!
The parking lot is spacious and you can do some shopping after your time here which is great. Lots of places to eat too with the new Lowes just across the parking lot. Pretty central location which is handy, also right by the White Mud. This can be pretty tricky as the roads in and around the centre can get confusing especially when you're driving around rush hour.
When they offer you coffee or hot chocolate, take them up on their offer. Their coffee machine is pretty great.
