★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to bank with RBC but I can’t get over the fact that RBC has pumped over 200 Billion into fossil fuels since the Paris Accord was signed in 2016. This is unacceptable! This is the reason I've stopped banking with RBC and I suggest you do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RBC has invested >200 billion (!) dollars in fossil fuels since 2016, when the Paris Accord was signed. How can I trust an institution to help me thrive financially if it is actively engaged in destroying the planet I live on? Until RBC divests completely I will not be banking here and I will be encouraging my friends to follow suit.

She worked tiredlessly to help make the switch an easy one and never left me feeling like I was just another sale, but I client for life. Thank you Donna-May from the bottom of my heart. Outstanding employee. I highly recommend her for all your mortgage needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today from Port Perry (with traffic about 30 minutes) and they were closed. All of the information online indicated they would be open at 9 and I was there at 10:30. Very dissatisfied with this experience

When we walked in the guy sitting at the front was great very friendly but the people he passed us over to were barely willing to answer questions properly and in a complete rush. Lady was on the desk to you right when you walk in, wearing a pink cardigan, and the mans name was khalid. Very aggressive and rushed tones.

She made me feel like I was a valued customer! She worked hard to male the process seamless. We were so happy to switch to RBC because of our experience with her.
