Regular delivery charge = $13.99. Delivery to CFB Namao, outlying RR or TWP roads may be unavailable, or require additional delivery surcharges.

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered a $100 rose bouquet for my mom's birthday, and it was delivered at 730pm (despite a 12-2 delivery window). That was fine, but the roses completely died after 5 days. Superstore roses have a better lifespan at 1/10th the cost. I wouldn't consider these "florist" quality flowers. I emailed, and was told by Eric Armstrong that 5 days is completely normal for their flowers to live. Keep this in mind before you order, and instead hit Superstore or Costco to get the same quality for significantly less money.

Eric at Bunches did the flowers for our wedding and they were so perfect! We didn't have specific vision for what we wanted as we are no flower connoisseurs, but we gave Eric some info on our colours and style and he crafted perfect bridal bouquets and corsages/boutonnieres. Great quality flowers, they lasted great on our wedding day. Eric was great to work with as well.

Well hello there Mr owner, I am truly sorry for making your lieing employee cry, are u sure she was crying because I was angry or that she got caught in 2 lies!? You can surely understand my anger when someone pays for a service and receives nothing!! I can certainly assure u me and you will have a little chit chat about customer service, by the way you owe me money for your staffs incompetence, sorry if I make you! Cry!

I came to this flower shop today to get a very last minute wedding bouquet. The staff were wonderful and helped me to customize my bouquet and made it for me in less than 20 minutes! It’s absolutely stunning and I am so happy that they could accommodate my last minute floral needs. I should also note that the price was more than reasonable for custom florals as well!

i had the sweetest interaction with the florist. called in inquiring about eucalyptus, not only was she an absolute gem over the phone, but very eager to help & find the right bunch to suit my needs. i’ll definitely be coming back. thank you for making my evening

Lovely array of arrangements, bouquets, and fresh individual flowers. Was happy to still see masking!! One of the ladies was able to make me an arrangement and it turned out absolutely beautiful! Wonderful experience, would definitely recommend.

Don't buy flowers from this place. Both customer service and quality of florals is terrible. My fiancee (who is currently overseas) placed an international order of flowers to be delivered to me on valentines day as a surprise. I missed the call from the driver and called back to both the driver (would not answer their phone or return my text) and then the store within 9 minutes of the missed call. I was told by the woman at the store that they had a "one shot delivery" policy and that I would have to wait until the next day to get my flowers (which is a load of crock since people pay the delivery fees to have them delivered on the day they request, not on the day the shop chooses). I was quite frustrated but offered to meet the driver somewhere near my downtown office so I could receive the flowers. I was given a multitude of excuses about how they are too busy, how they don't know who the driver is (even though I told them I have the cell # of the driver), how they can't track down the driver, how they weren't sure when the flowers would arrive back at their store, and how they are not responsible because "it says that on their website" (it doesn't, I actually went and checked). The lady on the phone even had the audacity to tell me "they are beautiful flowers and they will still be beautiful tommorrow" like seriously?! Who says that? And why do they think this an acceptable way to calm an upset customer? Anyway, finally, after 3 calls to the store and getting increasingly upset about the runaround, the store owner Eric offered to make another bouquet but indicated I would have to pick it up (even though my fiancee had paid delivery charges). I was told I could not pick it up until after 6 or 7pm. Their store was on the opposite side of the city, as well as about a 25 mimute drive from the delivery address. So basically, their suggestion was to have me inconvenience myself and interrupt my schedule to do what they were paid to do. Other option was to get a refund, or wait until the next day...what a great way to ruin a thoughtful valentines day surprise?.Β  As I had no other choice, the flowers were delivered next day. I've attached photos of the roses 4 days after receipt. About half of them are wilted and dying. It's quite obvious that I was given flowers leftover after the valentines day rush and/or that this place uses subpar products. I've purchased Safeway roses for 14.99 that have lasted longer than these did. I hate leaving bad reviews and typically never do as I understand that sometimes mistakes happen... but seeing the flowers wilt so quickly makes me really mad. Guising bad customer service with crappy excuses like being "busy" is unacceptable. If you are going to charge a premium for flowers and also charge for delivery ON valentines day, the least you could do is make sure the recipient receives them on the date intended, and if they don't, the least you can do as a business owner is make it up with the quality of flowers sent out in replacement. Needless to say, won't use this place ever again, nor will I recommend it to family, friends or clients. Read a few other reviews...looks like this place is known for these kinds of issues and are still doing it so obviously negative reviews don't phase them.
