However the nail care is lacking, some nail techs would remember to moisturise/ put cuticle oil on nails and cuticles whereas some may not. Gel removal was also quite harsh on the nails. After removal, I found my nails chipping and lifting a lot.
C	Cali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ still in love with this salon. Ann is amazing and so accommodating. Helen has done beautiful work on my nails time and time again. 10/10 would recommend! (disregard the dry skin, they also have wonderfully smelling lotion)

She was very distracted. It was quite unprofessional. The finished product has been better/could be better, which is too bad, because it’s for a special occasion.

There’s some really good nail techs but if you get the rude and inconsiderate ones, you’ll regret every minute of the experience. I was here for my routine shellac pedicure and it was so rushed that the next day my big toe had almost half the nail polish gone. It was so rushed coz the drying was rushed and the nail tech was rude and would only rudely tap my leg to signal that I move it or switch my leg. How much does it take to tell a customer “other foot?”. As if that would waste your time? Getting nails done is meant to be relaxing yet when I was here this time I wanted to leave asap. Now I’d rather go anywhere in the city but here just for the customer service. As a customer, I don’t pay to get humiliated and treated like an inconvenience. Big up to the good ones tho, y’all make the experience 10x better.

Most importantly for me, they take covid protocols very seriously—they take your contact info, have you wash your hands at the start and end of your appointment, dividers between both customers and the nail tech, as well as one between you and the person seated beside you. As an immunocompromised individual, I really appreciate these protocols.

I met another customer while we both got our nails done, who had nothing but kind words to say about INails also (and she has been going for 4 years-and lives clear across the city on the North Side.) They must be amazing if she is willing to spend that kinda gas money, right?? Thankyou Helen! I'll be back :)
