★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my knee surgery I was referred to North Whitby Physiotherapy by a friend. I met with Kevin, and he created a personal exercise program for me combined with hands on treatment. My progress was not overnight, but each visit I was closer to my goals. I had a small setback with my ankle, but Kevin quickly adjusted my program and I was able to hit one of my goals of 10k steps shortly after. My experience here was great, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me to stay positive. Great environment, with a perfect combination of hands-on treatment & personalized exercise plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following a nasty fall in which I injured my hip and shoulder, I was experiencing a lot of pain and my doctor suggested physiotherapy. After a thorough assessment, Kevin at NWP gave me a couple of exercises and I noticed them working very quickly. Even though my problems are not fully resolved, after only a couple of weeks I feel stronger, have less pain when walking, and I am feeling more positive about my prognosis. The entire NWP crew is friendly and professional and I am glad to have found them. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I barely walked into North Whitby Physiotherapy almost 3 months ago. I have never been is no much pain in my life. I couldn’t walk, stand or even sit without being in excruciating pain. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and a pinched nerve. I was referred to a surgeon, but while I waited I was consistent with my physiotherapy. I was told by my therapist it was going to take awhile to get to recovery, but we would get there.
Now well into therapy I’m almost at the point of returning to my regular activities and I’m still a month away from seeing the surgeon. I’m hoping by that time, I will be fully recovered and the surgeon will not recommend surgery. I am so thankful for my physiotherapist and the team at North Whitby Physiotherapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to go to North Whitby Physiotherapy, after reading reviews online. They definitely did not disappoint. The staff and therapists are amazing to work with. They listen to you and give you appropriate advice.
I have had bad experiences with different physiotherapy centers before but will definitely recommend North Whitby Physiotherapy. They will guide you perfectly and only call you if needed. If they think you are getting better, they will tell you that you don't need to visit.
Overall, I have been extremely happy with my visits and will recommend them for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin, Bill, and Alen are always super welcoming whenever I come. I had a big problem going up the stairs and just bending my knee, however, they eased me into such an incredible recovery program to meet my goals. I'm quickly on the way recover due to their extension knowledge and care. I highly recommend this place!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with North Whitby Physio Clinic was great. I had a contusion at my Right Knee. I was under Kevin Cheng's care and treatment. Kevin provided a very good clinical examination and gave my the correct diagnosis. This was later confirmed by Ultrasound and X Ray test results. Kevin designed a very good recovery program. My recovery was quick. All personnel at this Clinic is friendly and always willing to help. The Clinic also processed directly the Claims for private Health Plans, which is extremely convenient.

The treatment I received from Kevin the Physio was excellent , he pin pointed and quickly addresses the pain. I was surprised to see I could also avail first class massage at the premises.
I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Whitby Physiotherapy to all my family and friends.

I have been improving from frozen shoulder thanks to Physiotherapist Kevin who takes pride in seeing progress and results! It is through Kevin s commitment and dedication that my shoulder has seen amazing improvement! Kevin s program has included manual hands on treatment, acupuncture and exercises that I can do at home too... It is most definitely Kevin’s expertise that has allowed my shoulder to be in this improved state where I am today as my range of motion has increased greatly and I am very pleased with the results!! Thank you Kevin for this ! Alan has also helped in making sure I get the exercises done with the proper technique so I can continue the exercises at home ...Bill is a great massage therapist who has helped in the progress of my frozen shoulder ...Emma makes the booking process easy too!
