Although Edmonton has lifted the mask mandate the staff and therapists at The Knot Stop will continue wearing masks a while longer. We want to ensure the comfort and trust remains with our clientele during this transition. Visitors to the studio will not be required to wear masks in common areas. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrea is amazing! I usually come to her in a mess - tight neck and shoulders from too much "working from home" on screens, and sore leg muscles from previous surgeries. She is very calm, gentle and intuitive. I love the way she finishes the session with peppermint oil. I always leave feeling so relaxed, rejuvenated and a lot less sore. Thank you Andrea!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Anna. She was super friendly and let me lead how much conversation I did or didn't want to have. She really focused on areas that were tight during my massage that she found/noticed without me even mentioning it. One would think all massage therapists would be the same, but that hasn't been my experience. She was thorough on the tight spots and managed to find time to also fit in full body while the cups worked on my back. Very happy with my experience with her and will definitely be going back for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to simply share my experience with Joshua, who was amazing! At first, I was hesitant like many might be, to see a male massage therapist. However I decided to do it anyways, and Joshua was very professional and great at his job. I went in primarily for my lower back pain, which he took care of and gave me an excellent deep tissue massage. We had some great conversations during the massage but he offered to stay quiet if you’re in for pure relaxation and it was nice to learn how passionate he is for his career despite the obstacles he faces. I hope everyone gives Joshua a chance and that more people judge based on technique and quality of the massage over other things! I’d for sure be more than happy to see him again. Best of luck :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first appointment with The Knot shop and it was the most wonderful massage I have ever had. I was blessed to have Shelley Rowe as my therapist and she had so much knowledge about my TMJ issues and worked gently with my body to ease the pain and discomfort I have been experiencing in my jaw, back and neck. This girl is truly gifted and has the most loving energy to her as well. I have booked to go back and will make this a regular part of my self care. For the first time in 2 years I felt safe. If you have been feeling tense at all, please gift yourself a massage with this wonderful therapist. Your body and soul will thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a couple times now and I had different therapists and they are always awesome. The environment is nice, the providers I've seen are wonderful, they are friendly and accommodating, honestly you won't be disappointed. Today I saw Ollie and she listened to my concerns and really helped me to achieve my goal of relaxation and stress relief! Th first time I think it was Joshua (sorry I didn't write a post then) but he was attentive as well as really strong, which was greatly appreciated (I was a wreck when I came in).
