★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would suggest using a different law firm unless you want to hire someone that is going to waste your money chasing after the wrong people due to their incomprehensible level of incompetence and their inability to do their due diligence. These people sent someone to my office and embarrassed me in front of my employer by serving me papers for no reason. They literally had the wrong person altogether. Guess that's just my luck for having a fairly common name. Tried to contact the lawyer listed (Tanner) and left numerous messages without ever receiving a call back. Zero accountability from these people. Finally was able to straighten everything out after getting in touch with a legal assistant there (through my own efforts and investigation. These people literally did nothing to correct the error that they had made). Was told they would send me a letter of apology so I could show it to my employer and they did no such thing. Instead they sent me an email simply confirming that I was the wrong person (YOU DON'T SAY!? I've only been calling you and emailing you for the last week telling you exactly that). Bottom line is this seems to be a very unprofessional law firm that takes no responsibility/accountability for their own mistakes/incompetence. Save your hard earned cash and go somewhere that won't waste your money chasing after people that have nothing whatsoever to do with the case at hand. I feel sorry for the clients that hired them who's money was wasted coming after me for no reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a real estate agent and I can hands down say that this company's amazing. Nitin and his team are always on top of it in regards to service to my clients. When it comes to real estate, I give them some of the most complex cases and they're always on top of it. If you're looking for good people who are honest, hardworking and committed honestly don't look any further. I've been referring business for close to 12 years to them and won't stop now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Shawn Hagen for a real estate contract. In our initial phone conversations, I requested for him to stay within a certain price range. Shortly after, I sent him an email requesting to keep the work within a reduced price range based on market research. I received the first copy of the contract and provided a number of comments promptly. It was evident the work was completed by a student and appeared to be a template with a number of errors. I did not hear anything for several weeks about the second draft until I followed up. Once I received the second draft, I did not have time to review right away. After two months, I received an invoice from someone at the firm, with no follow up or discussion whether the work was completed. The invoice was double the price range of what I had asked in my email. Despite my emails back and forth and what I consider to be rude emails that I received from Shawn, he put the onus on me and said that an email requesting a budget was not sufficient and that I should have clearly requested him to stop working if it hit that amount.
This is unacceptable client service in my mind. I paid the bill in full but I was completely disrespected along the way. I would definitely not recommend dealing with Shawn Hagen.
