★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wong was my family doctor for over 2 years. In that time I have seen him in person once (Covid, I get it. No big deal) but even getting a 5 minute phone call from him can take over a week to get an appointment. The front desk rarely answers the phone and their hours are not convenient. I asked for a referral from him over 3 months ago and I'm convinced he didn't start the process at all. He doesn't seem caring or interested on the phone or in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammy and underhanded ways of dealing with clients. The front desk staff are extremely unprofessional and unethical in their behaviour. They used exploitative methods to force money out of unrelated parties. Also, does not follow up with scheduling specialist appointments or patient concerns.
However, the doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding to patient concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dennis is a caring and brilliant doctor. He would not mind going in length to explain any of your worries.
A year ago, Dennis found worrying signs of cancer in my mother's body. It was within that week Dennis and front desk managed to make appointment for my mum in Cross Cancer Institute for further examination and treatment. Without their prompt action, my mother would be long gone.
From my experience, referrals are done fairly quick. Follow-ups are done well. Reception service is nice and polite. Covid inevitably slows all procedures down a bit but it happens everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patient, efficient and knowledgable doctor. Their phone is mostly busy so it can be hard to book an appointment at times. But the staff team are great. I only wish that they could add an appointment reminder system.
