I requested a quote to replace my roof and siding, pricing was very comparable. The crews were very professional and clean. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

I initially called April 28th and received a quick call back to have an estimator come out. He came out and was friendly, told us he would send a quote in a few days. On May 7th I texted and asked if we would be getting the quote soon, he sent one via text the next day, promising an official one via email soon (we never received an email) we took a few weeks to get additional quotes and decide on a company. On June 4th I texted the estimator and said let's go ahead with the project. I received no response so the next day I called the main office line and left a voicemail. On June 8th I had no response so I called and left another message. On June 9th I called the estimator and he said he would let the office know we are ready to go ahead and get started. He came out with another employee a few days later. We briefly spoke and I was told this employee would be completing the job, they went out back and looked at the area in need of repair and eventually left. Two weeks later another crew showed up to look at the job. They told my husband they were just there to do a material take off and would be back in a couple of days to finish the job. Two more weeks pass and the job was not done and we haven't heard from anyone. So my husband called to see if someone would be coming out, he left a message at the main office. I texted the estimator July 15th, no response. I called the office two days later and also left a message finally starting if they didn't want our business that it was fine but we needed to know so we could hire someone else. Again, no call back. This company is completely unprofessional and not well managed. I can only guess what type of work they would have done had they actually shown up. We hired another company and start to finish they have completed the job within two weeks of calling. Don't waste your time on "Honest" Roofing and Siding, not worth the headache and you will spend months chasing them.

I had Shawn the owner come by to look at a roof leak and he advised me the shingles were fine but the roof vents were installed incorrectly. Instead of tying to get work for his company he advised me to contact the previous company and try to get them to fix it for free since it was their mistake. Very honest and professional and did not charge a dime for the half hour he spent inspecting my home.

I needed kitchen cabinets/pantry. I sent email requests to several companies but Honest Group were the only ones to call and suggest they come in for a free estimate. I told them what I wanted, they designed it within my budget and installed everything for the price I was expecting to install it myself. The builder who came on site and built the cabinets was very professional and fast. I totally recommend this company. They are great to work with.

Unfortunately my roof was wind damaged this last winter and I had to find a roofer to replace it with today’s newer shingles as mine were old style. Out of all of the companies I contacted the Honest Group (Shaun) was the quickest in response and absolutely the most professional and was technology adaptive in today’s business landscape, this group blew me away from the start! His crew was excellent from start to finish, the quality of product offered was exceptional, the communication and process was truly seamless. I can’t say enough about this company and crew! By far one of the best roofing companies to work with and company in general. I highly recommend them.
