My husband and myself have been driving a Hyundai for more than 6 years. it is great so we are confident with Hyundai vehicle, recently we bought our second Hyundai Sonata. Dealing with Jim Pattison Hyundai Surrey has been a great experience. I highly recommend dealing with Sam and Abel. Thank you guys for the excellent service.

Worst customer service ever.... Especially i had a bad experience with "Preet " sales repersentative . We went there twice to sell our car and they wanted us to sign on Empty (car transfer papers )without any info on it. I asked them so many times he said we need to fill these after you signed the paper. At the end we did n't recieved any copy of signed papers.

Went on today to trade in my Hyundai SUV I went back three times in one day and finally the manager did a fast walk around my vehicle, lifted my hood but looked lost.. He didn't drive it. Then came back and said $2,500.. I just bought 4 months ago for $15,000 + tax.. Manager doesn't know cars! He said he was going by the blue book.. Well blue book even says $10,000-12,000. This manager is pretty stupid! They lost a sale..

Went to go buy a Jeep from them, said that they listed the price wrong on it, which was fine, we made them an offer, they called us the next day saying that they weren’t going to fix the many things wrong with the Jeep, and to sell it as is, but for about 10,000 more than what it was listed for. We denied their counteroffer, but only to find out that the Jeep is listed for the same original price as we saw it as, on the website. Very disappointed with the service. Would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

Went in to get my VW Passat fixed. I was briefly told that the car is in an accident and it might not be covered under warranty. But Yogesh (manager) was very friendly and assisted with solving the problem. He provided great service and met the expectations laid out for a car dealership. In the end the car issue was corrected and answers to all my questions were provided. One thing I would suggest is to keep loaner vehicles if the car is going more than 2 days to fix so to reduce the inconvenience of the owner.

My mom has taken her car to get it fixed there but everytime she drops it off they tell her that too many customers were coming in or that they didn’t have enough time or the parts aren’t there yet. And this has happened 4 times now and these people are very disorganized and I recommend that when people are planning to buy a car choose somewhere else if you wanna live another day on the road driving your dream cars. Like she needs to screen in the car for GPS and she’s asked them to fix it because it keeps going off by itself and it can cause her to make an accident because she won’t know what to do when she’s like on a highway or something. Get it together Jim Pattison, and if you can’t then i’m sorry.
