Fabulous service! Fabulous employees! In January, my catalytic converter was stolen. Took the Santa Fe to Hyundai Coquitlam. Took the over a week and a half to tell me they didn't have the part, no one did and would be 4 weeks. Asked for a loaner car, was told they were all in the shop. Aren't they a shop? Voiced my displeasure-manager said she would call me back. About an hour later, I get a call from the manager at Hyundai Surrey. Said my vehicle was on the way to them and I could pick it up in 2 days. They did everything they said they would and was done when they said it would be. Will be coming back if I ever need anything else!

I have nothing but good things to say about Jim Pattison Hyundai. I lost my condo and 2017 tucson in a fire last month and it has been very stressful for me and my family. Sam and the team were so helpful and took the time to go through all the paperwork and explain in detail. Never once did I feel rushed, and I felt at ease knowing that I was in good hands. Sam has gone over and above to ensure a smooth transaction, as always. Thank you so much Sam & team! I am very happy with my new Tucson. A Hyundai customer for life!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Hyundai Surrey. Exceptional customer service. They treat their customers with importance, courtesy, and respect. Sam was especially great and helped us find the right vehicle. He cares about his customers and responded immediately to any needs we had. Thank you so much Sam for a great time. We bought a used minivan from Jim Pattison Hyundai Surrey sight unseen and had it shipped to us in Edmonton. The vehicle was in good condition except for a valve tick. I notified the dealer who offered to repair it under warranty which was fine except that I was not able to return to the van to Surrey within the duration of the used car warranty. The service manager extended the warranty to cover the repair when I could get there. For various reasons (like the flood of the century) my trip to Surrey was cancelled and I was sent to another Jim Pattison dealer, Audi Edmonton North. They worked with the Surrey dealer to coordinate the repair and provided a loaner while the van was in the shop. All at no cost to me. The minivan is now running perfectly. Thanks Allan!

I've purchased my last 3 vehicles from JP Surrey and each experience is top notch. My most recent purchase was a 22 sonata n line that had a factory order, chip shortage, and it arrived a good month before I expected. Hyundai has been a great company, love their cars and Jp Surrey has been been more like a family than a dealership. Service dept is also a class act, I get all my required services done here. Highly recommended dealership, great sales staff and go see Sam for that financing!

The service department is outstanding. Recently I moved from Winnipeg to Surrey I was having issue with my car as it was turning off by itself and engine light was on. I went to Winnipeg Hyundai but couldn't find anything, they told me I can drive to Surrey. But when I reached Surrey I was still having the same problem. Then I went to Hyundai, Allan and his team did a commendable job with reasonable price.The following day I Was contacted by Allan, he was very prompt with communication and fair when it came identifying the issues as well as the cost for repair. I am very satisfied with this service . Thanks again Allan and his team for the amazing service. 10/10 would recommend Jim Pattison Hyundai just because of this service team.

This service department is first class. Recently had a scare with our Sonata so we sent the car in for an immediate inspection. Upon arrival we met Raymond, he was confident and gave us reassurance that we would be taken care of. The following day we were contacted by Allan, he was very prompt with communication and fair when it came identifying the issues as well as agreement on cost. To be honest we were concerned about the product quality when this issue first happened as we were considering the purchase of a second Hyundai but Allan and his service team have restored our faith in the brand and kept us loyal. This is the way to retain business. Thanks again Allan and Raymond for the amazing service.

I recently purchased my first brand new car, a 2022 Ioniq 5 Electric. I love the car and its quality, and the drive is a perfect 10/10. However, I like want to share my experience of getting this car. Without an appointment, I walked into the Jim Pattison Hyundai Surrey dealership and was greeted by Wajdi Abunnadi, an amiable man. He kindly showed me a few cars, I asked if I could test drive Ioniq 5, which I was reading about, and he immediately provided me with the key and showed me the car, and l loved it. I later took my wife to also see the car, and once again, Wajdi helped us with the car and answered all of our questions and concerns, and we ended up buying the vehicle. During this process, the entire Jim Pattison Hyundai team I interacted with was super friendly and helpful and made our decision very easy and painless. I also like to thank Sam Abunnadi, Sree Menon, and Hardip Saggu for their help!
