I received frequent emails with photos and videos attached to help support my claim with ICBC. If I had any questions, I would receive a response within an appropriate time frame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. They don’t greet you or acknowledge you, they just ignore you and leave you alone. I went to this dealership around noon on June 1, 2022. There were at least 5 employees. None of them said a single word to me when I walked in. Would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who would like to be treated terribly. Come experience it for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Vehicle few years ago from JP Volvo Surrey and live in Nanaimo now, happened that I was in surrey this week visiting families and friends engine light came on, I called the dealership and they took me in quick when i arrived they had a car ready for me to drive for few hours as they were busy to look at my car got a call back that my car was ready the best part is they never charge me for the loaner or the software the my car needed ,my car was vacuumed and washed what an amazing guys polite service was beyond amazing, also while I was in the showroom I chatted with the sales team and for sure I will come back and upgrade my car with these guys nothing short of courteous and professional . Best place to service and buy a vehicle JP Volvo Surrey

Khir was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. The SUV was ready when we arrived. He taught my wife and I the technology features of the vehicle in detail. The insurance and finance appointments were timely and efficient. I highly recommend Khir (Product Advisor) and the team at JP Volvo Surrey.
