★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to recent brand new same sqf townhouse, built to use good quality materials such as hardwood floor, real wood kitchen cabinets, high quality carpet and main floor molding. In addition, its location and starta layout have lots of benifits for residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice neighborhood. Could use more green space within the development. Quality of construction is good. The rail on top of entrance looks out of place. Decent layout. Very good location. Peaceful and quaint neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many way too many speed bumps...I understand the concept but a bit over done. Also not very friendly or understood the male when i called to find out of small gym space. Quiet irritating having to go way around to get in/out neighborhood unlike other neighborhoods in same area.
Cabinets modern but for me as a short person is quiet a challenge. Must get steps for everything since seems to be built for taller people above 5"7'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap cheap construction. Neighbors are in general good. Family friendly community. Rec room is a total joke. Get a gym pass somewhere else. Cimveniently located... just cheap construction really.
