D	Dante Urtezuela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice friendly neighborhood with lots of trees. Most residents who live here have kids going and walking to the elementary school close by. It has a swimming pool open to its residents. The only thing missing is an access from the north and east side. There is a gate by the south side which leads to the guildford library and rec centre.

There's some certain parts where people don't want kids to be in playing. 4/5. Quiet neighborhood, and very shady. (Most of it.)

The chimneys are decommissioned they should have them removed because rodesnts hide in them and sneak into your homes. The swimming pool has been closed for two years and doubt it'll be open this year (2022). The facility should reconstruct the racket ball court and build a gym with squat racks and cardio machines instead imo nobody plays squash but that doesnt matter because the facility is on permident lock down..... There's constant water main leaks and fences with damages that don't get repaired and when they do they don't reseed the grass. The people who run starta should care about garbage bins over flowing or lack of recycling bins instead of ac units in windows or dogs being off the leash. Instead they hide money for silly repairs rather then fixing a swimming pool. Building a gym. Painting the parking stalls. Ect. Let's talk about the street lights... the glass is so dark with dirt you can't even see at night... I like these building but they need to do some serious changes here.

There are lots of trees including cherry blossom trees that look great in spring but apparently some were chopped down because their roots could lift houses so they're not as many nowadays. Dog friendly neighborhood as well. Close to necessities such as grocery, the mall, elementary school, bus station.
