H	Hadi Fakkass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to live there with those tough managers, i was looking for 3 bedroom and the manager told me we have one but you can not see it or know which floor or which building is it, and than i found some one came to see my apartment. When i told her what she told me the other manger said no she can not do that it's illegal. I would never reccomend any one even to visit that disgusting place .

Y	Yippy Kayak Other Buckets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You're better off looking elsewhere. It is not really pet friendly, if your cat gets out they will give it to the SPCA. I was outside with mine as he ate grass and then there was a notice the next day. They check for bugs every 3 months which invades your right to quiet enjoyment, and use their own maintenance guys to do the job instead of paying a professional to have the treatment last 6 or more months. One of their wankers won't stop parking in the Handicap spot, and the only ones who can report him are Mainstreet.
S	SuperNat 07 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RENTER BEWARE If you can find ANYWHERE ELSE to live than live there rather than at these apartments. My boyfriend and I had high hopes for this apartment when we moved in a year ago. Then the problems came... So many cockroaches. I have never seen a cockroach until I moved into this place. No matter how clean we kept the place there were still hundreds everywhere! It got to the point where I couldn't even go into the kitchen and I was barely eating anything because of how disgusted I was by the cockroaches. Even if you're clean neighbors who aren't will attract them. The renovations that were recently done are sloppy and took forever to complete. The workers left a gasoline tank just outside our window overnight. And the fire alarm would go off at all times of day and night when there was no fire. Even the firefighters didn't understand the fire panel because it was so outdated and didn't work properly. I've never seen so many police officers in all my life. I've woken up to screaming matches right outside my window between two neighbors. Now that my boyfriend and I have moved into a new apartment we have to be extremely cautious not to bring any cockroaches with us. We're checking everything to make sure that we don't have this problem again. Mainstreet Biz doesn't know how to run a business.
A	Ashwin Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ . Very unsafe. There was one instant where the main entrance door was bang in rage and there was some one yelling at 5 am. The glass was broken. Second instance some one broke into my apartment and stole my car keys and stole my car. It’s a awful place to live
M	Mikau Seafox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in this apartment complex for 7 years and can confirm everything that's wrong with this place that has been mentioned by everyone else leaving negative reviews for this property. In those 7 years, I have experienced everything, ranging from constant cockroach issues where they use this bait gel stuff that actually ATTRACTS those 'roaches, to their guys parking on the Handicap spot outside because it's "easy for them to access the front door," have had my apartment invaded by Mainstreet employees and have had stuff stolen from me, have been threatened and vandalised by said maintenance employees (one of them was fired) because I refused them entry, have heard things from the landlord that are objectively false, they'll steal your pets and turn them into BC SPCA, will violate your Right to Quiet Enjoyment, will send in maintenance guys to inspect your place "yearly" every 2 weeks, tow truck services refuses to act against obvious illegal parking especially if it's a Mainstreet employee's car, and despite the rules that prohibits solicitation, this very thing happens too. They also do everything in-house, they won't hire a professional to get stuff done properly. And they want us to pay $1500/month for this dump? Get bent! Avoid this place. This simply reeks of RTA violations coming out the wazoo.
