★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The development started a few years back. I remember when a majority of the property was mostly trees. They cleared blocks of the natural landscape and built upon that space. Nowadays there is dirt as well as debris that fill the air during hot days and frequent construction, your car gets a film of the stuff in the summer.
Since those houses live near Tynehead park, the plantation also attracts more bugs such as: mosquitoes, yay... Ever since people started moving in, the neighborhood has become much more lively as people walk their dogs, cycle and stroll in their day to day. This also has downsides such as ridiculous parties where 20+ cars conjest the road, litter all over your lawn. and fill parking lots, not to mention, there is still the ongoing plan to develop another complex on 162a St all the way to the road on 96. Sometimes, I miss the simple and quiet days of the past.
