Gord's customer service is absolutely amazing. I had my door glass fixed here and he had even vacuumed all of the interior. Always goes above and beyond.

Visit for ICBC claim repair. The inspection and assessment were done thoroughly and the staff Harian was very professional and nice. The other staff was also provide good information but didn't get to know his name.

Hello, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with customer service that we received today with the Jim Pattison autobody shop located in the North Surrey Automall. We were shown lack of respect of our time, lack of listening to the issue we were having, and overall intimidation and disrespect to us at customers. I have never felt so disvalued. I will ensure that I do not recommend this location to anyone and will leave my reviews accordingly. This was our first experience at this location and had came to repair our vehicle based upon an icbc recommendation. Today, when I arrived with my dad we were told our car is ready, given the key and we paid the $300 deductible (No one bothered to go over the repairs or show us the vehicle). Once my dad had driven away with the vehicle and I was entering my own vehicle I was approached by Grant and told I need to pay an additional $67 for the depreciation of tires. I repeatedly stated it was not my vehicle and my dad had driven away. Grant was very forceful and intimating stating that I had to pay and to get my dad to pay me back. After repeatedly stating I was not comfortable paying with my own money, I was intimidated into doing so. A respectful employee would have made a phone call to the actual customer and not demanded money from someone else. Upon inspection of the vehicle, we realized that the back bumper was not on properly. My sister called Grant and he said that was not their problem and ICBC didn’t say to fix that. He was very rude and abrupt on the phone and would not even listen to the issue. We had pictures of the vehicle at time of the accident and knew that the loose bumper was something that occurred at the body shop. I came back to the autobody shop and asked to speak to the manager. Harlan came and said ICBC did not tell us to fix anything. I showed him the picture on my Iphone of what we were referring to and he asked for the key, told us not to follow him and to remain in the lobby. We had no idea what was going on as he did not tell us what he was doing. We stood waiting for sometime with no communication. My dad is a heart patient and we were running late for his doctors appointment. At this time I asked someone to let us know where this manager went and were just informed he’d be back shortly. Harlan arrived with the car fixed and apologized stating that the loose bumper was an error on their part and they forgot to put it back on properly. I did let him know that Grant was extremely rude and Harlan should have let us know where he was going with our vehicle, instead of us leaving us waiting in the lobby. Overall, we are not happy with how we were treated as a customer. Grant has no right to demand money from friends/family of a customer as they are leaving the parking lot. It was his error in not informing us the correct payments. He also didn’t even take the time to listen or even look at the issue with the bumper. He is not someone that should be involved in customer service and I’m sure he’s been just as rude to other customers. We will definitely not be back and will let others know about this experience as well.

Yesterday I had put up this a review but thanks to toyota they have deleted my review. They could have put more effort to get my car fixed rather than fixing their rating on google. My car has been in the Jim Pattison Toyota Surrey Auto Body Shop since August first and it has been there for almost a month now and I'm still not getting my car. They told me it would be ready by August 16 but it hasn't been fixed for weeks now. They said they are going to order all the parts for the car and have my car ready, but they opened up my car before they had all the parts. Now my car is opened up and not even ready for repair. Now when I call them and ask them when are the parts coming, they tell me they don't know. Today I had went to the Jim Pattison Toyota Surrey Auto Body Shop and I was asking them about my car and they had told me to never call or come to the Auto Body Shop. They were very rude to me and i do not recommend this Auto Body Shop to anyone. You have a better chance at fixing your car yourself rather than this Auto Body Shop. This is the worst experience I've ever had at an Auto Body Shop. Stay away from Jim Pattison Toyota Surrey Auto Body Shop.

I am very happy with the repair/repaint. Grant and his team were very professional and the work is excellent. My vehicle was vandalized (keyed) and they fixed it to brand new condition.

I have brought a few ICBC claims here and their service has been great. I was given a loaner vehicle while my car was worked on. I had one vehicle assessed for damages for an ICBC claim and they were able to buff out the scrapes, free of charge and without doing an ICBC claim.

Went in to Jim Pattison Surrey for a glass claim and look at a control arm fix that a prior shop had put in (twice) but was clanking. Other shops had not been able to diagnose the problem and I had a list of parts replacements including front tires, bearings, and multiple alignments - all this for a 2017 RAV4 Hybrid SE; I was at my wits end. I spoke with Grant M. on the phone who mentioned "I like a good suspension challenge". He quickly brought me in (Friday call, Monday on the hoist), confirmed his diagnosis on the phone based on my alignment reports , having his tech review with him, and bringing me on a test drive to replicate the sound. It's been a month now, and the clanking that was plaguing me for a solid year is gone I waited a month to post this in case the sound came back - it hasn't. The glass replaced (I have a forward stock camera that is part of the collision avoidance system) was also a clean and seamless process. Grant M. has earned my business and I will refer all friends and family that go Toyota to him.
