★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a couple of thousand dollars to spend on purchasing a tonneau cover for my truck. It was going to be an easy sale for someone ! My first stop was at Kingdom Canopies on Scott Rd. in Surrey. Within literally minutes of entering the store and interacting with the sales rep, I knew that I was not going to spend my money there. I will just say that the guy could brush up on his sales technique. I Googled to find another dealer, and saw that Canopy West was minutes away so decided to go there. Tarl greeted me and after listening to what I was looking for in a cover, he showed me what he had on display in the store. I ended up liking attributes from a couple different covers ! Tarl asked me to give him a minute while he did some searching. He ended up finding me a cover (Undercover Ultra-Flex) that had all the features that I wanted plus a couple of extra little add-ons included ! (in-bed storage bag, bed lighting,) They had it in the store in days and on the truck as soon as promised. Because of Tarl and Lavernes service, I was back within a week to part with more of my hard earned money on a complete set of Husky floor-liners. That is what good service does...it keeps you returning when it is time for another purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to try and find a toolbox for my fairly uncommon size truck and Laverne was able to find a perfect one for me. It was actually cheaper than me buying it direct from the company.
It had to be ordered in and showed up in less than 24 hours, and he even tossed in some extra stuff for mounting it!
Definitely will be coming back next time I need something!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lthough the location isn't the greatest; certainly the staff are GREAT. After deciding on my truck canopy purchase; it was left up to Canopy West to do the installation. For such a limited staff the customer service is TERRIFIC! LaVern is a very knowledgeable and can provide you the answers to all your questions. Their store is well maintained, their bathroom is very clean and they offer coffee to their clients while they do the canopy install.
Yes; I would highly recommend this shop and while there getting my canopy install LaVern helped me find the PERFECT running boards for my truck which they'll install for free.
This business certainly deserves the 5 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience at Canopy West was top notch! We really had no idea on brands / types / etc, D’Arlia was excellent in telling us about the options and their pro’s and con’s and shared her experience & opinion.
We got a great durable tonneau cover and a step bar, she worked out a great price for us and was upfront about supply chain issues and timelines, which we appreciated.
The installation process was easy and the guys were very friendly and got the job done!
Really appreciated how easy, issue—free, and generally peace of mind they provided through the whole process.
Would definitely recommend these guys and would use for future truck accessories and install!
