Mainland Motors

The salesman at Mainland Motors, Parth Sharma, made an agreement with me over text and phone, to purchase my vehicle. I was shocked to learn this morning that Mainland Motors in Surrey had backed out of the deal, at the last minute (30 minutes before my appointment). I called the dealership manager to complain but he only offered to renegotiate at a much lower price than originally agreed upon. I gave up many other offers to sell to this business. Don't waste your time, their deals are worthless.

Excellent customer service, no pressure sales staff. Frank helped us find the right car for us and was very patient, we test drove at least 4 cars! Saveen helped me get top dollar for my vehicle that I had been trying to sell online for a few weeks. While other people lowballed, she was very good at following up, getting me in on appointment and getting me a cheque for my car the same day. Whole process only took 30 minutes. Very trustworthy and the other staff at the store were great as well. Highly recommended!

I came in looking for a specific car that I had in mind. The agent that helped me was great (tall skinny guy), although the car that I was looking for was out of my price range he was able to show me other alternatives and he took time in explaining what car might be best and also be in my price range, I appreciate that. After his recommendation I was looking into a Grey 2016 Nissan Altima, didn't like the car at first but he was right and it was a decent car after a test drive. I came back to talk financing options with the agent and when I got back to the dealership and sat down with the agent another agent came up and took the keys to the car from his table to show it to someone else. I didn't mind this as much, they are dealership agents and they are supposed to sell cars. What I didn't like was that he came back telling the agent that he has sold the car and should not talk financing with me anymore, while I was there for an hour looking into the car and then taking it for a test drive and then coming back talking my financing options. I already had spent an hour going through this while the other agent just basically told me to "look for other options" because he has already sold the car, which was not true at all. He wanted to make the commission instead of the agent that was working with me. I don't know how other customers likes your attitude towards them but I find your dealership to be very unprofessional, backwards and rude. Also i'm writing this review for the management to take time and train their agents, teach them some manners, professionalism and business ethics. Again to repeat myself, the agent that helped me (tall guy sits in the first chair when you walk through the door) was very helpful and this review does not reflect his work three stars because of him otherwise one star.

When looking for a car, I made sure to do my due diligence. Even though I had to find one in a short amount of time, Mainland motors saw me coming back to them. The reason is because the people here are kind, attentive, fair and willing to work with you. From a no pressure approach to making sure you’re staying within your financial limit, these people truly took care of me. Finance was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The direct, matter of fact and open book conversations that were had, truly helped me. I highly recommend this dealership!! Thank you Frank & Alex for helping me get my car.

This is the best place to get your Cars. I got my Mercedes from them this past weekend and the process was so easy I couldn't even believe I was approved of a Mercedes. I was happy with how they where able to explain in details and made me understand every information before signing any document . They were so patient with myself and my friends while answering all our questions. I felt I was in good hands when I was at their office. Alex and Frank are just the best guys to work with.
