Stay away from this place and save your time and money. This company is fraud and sells faulty cars with issues and won't take returns and you will be left with car that doesn't work. I am really frustrated with this company and going to consult a lawyer and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I came in for a Ram 1500, 4000$ truck, turns out it needed 13000$ worth of work. They gave me a courtesy Kia Sportage that left oil stains in my driveway. They wouldnt fix the truck, and they gave me a 09 Uplander which is overheating and a leaking battery. Now I have no car, no money, and Im scrambling to pull my life together. These people are terrible, and I dont know what to do anymore

Got my 2014 Ford Taurus from them, all in all, a great experience with Ghassan. Responded to all my concerns, provided extended warranty at a minimum cost. The vehicle is in good condition, will come back to them if I need a used vehicle in the future. I would definitely recommend friends and family if they need a used vehicle.

Bought a car that didn’t have the check engine light. After a month of driving it we noticed the car was having trouble accelerating so we went to mechanic. He told us the cars check engine light had been shut off and about $3000 in repairs were needed for the car. The owner never spoke to us about this issue and sold us the car saying it’s good. I would stay away from this dealership, they’re very untrustworthy and will lie for a sale

If you are in the market for a used car this is the right team to work with. Excellent selection, fair pricing, attentive and professional staff. Made a recent purchase and was thrilled with the service. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase.

Quick summary of my experience buying a car from this dealership. The good: Friendly staff Cheap price Owner was willing to give an old used part he had to fix my problem. The bad: Advertisement said the car had AC. When I went to the dealership it did not. Large crack across window not shown or indicated in advertisement. We’re not willing to fix or lower price. The ugly part 1: Car check engine light came on almost immediately after leaving the dealership I didn’t even make it home. Notified the dealership and said I would check the error code. It indicated it was a catalytic converter issue. Dealer said not to worry about it as it is normal with old cars. I didn’t want to take any chances so I brought it to my mechanic who quoted me $1100 to fix it as the catalytic converter was completely melted. It is very odd that the check engine light came on so quickly after leaving. I messaged the salesperson who said to come back in and they would take care of it. The original solution offered was to cut out the part completely and have the check engine light stay on, I declined this make shift solution. They then said that is all they could do, but abruptly changed their minds as I was driving away. The owner offered me a free used catalytic converter and said it would only cost me $100 to have it installed. I appreciated the offer on his part, but the catalytic converter offered was used and fairly rusted, and I had lost trust in this business and didn’t want a bandaid fix for it to break again in a few weeks so I decided to just get it done properly with a new one. Ugly part 2: So a big red flag that preludes “ugly part 1” and one I regretfully ignored was that right before I was about to pay they notified me that the car was “not suitable for transport”, but roughly paraphrasing their explanation “we are required to write this by law because we didn’t inspect the car because inspecting the car is expensive and they compare it unfairly to a brand new car. Buying the car here (dealership) is the same as a private sale, it is actually better, because we will fix any problems”. I believe this has to be and should have been identified on all advertisements for the car, but maybe there is a loophole of going through Facebook and not explicitly stating the dealership. Also why do they inspect some cars and not others? In any case this is a sneaky sales tactic and probably why they can keep prices so low. Conclusion: The combination of this car selectively and apparently not being inspected and the check engine light coming on shortly after leaving the dealership with a serious and expensive exhaust system issue is either plain old bad luck or there is something more malicious going on here. I will let you decide.

I had an excellent experience with Coupa. I needed to sell my car quickly and they handled everything. I found them through MarketPlace. They didn’t offer as much as I would’ve liked but the reasons they were not able to do so were solid. I made the appointment one day in advance, a very friendly rep met me at my home and thoroughly assessed my car, made an offer and then agreed to raise it a bit, wrote me a check on the spot, and had someone come over to take the car whenever I was ready, which was the following morning. Such an easy process, and frankly the time saved on the hassle of looking for and haggling with potential buyers was worth the slightly higher price I may have been able to negotiate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I saw advertisement on diesel truck online for price just under $7000. Messaged dealer about interest in which we agreed on price of $6500 and that I was coming all the way tomorrow from Sunshine Coast to take a look. After a full day of traveling from coast to mainland arrived at dealership to view truck however the truck would not start. The sales team frantically looked at ways of charging the batteries from mobile batter boosters to charging with cables from another vehicle. Thinking vehicle was gonna be ready we waited for almost a good hour before the battery finally started. The sales team were all middle eastern and communicated amongst each other in their language to which I wasn't able to understand what was being communicated. If I'm spending almost $7000 in cash I'd like to be able to understand what's being said in regards to vehicle, that's just good customer service. After the truck was started it was brought out I immediately notice the smoke from exhaust. Knowing it's a diesel I knew there would be some smoke however the extent that it came out was ridiculous. The salesman reassured me it was normal as it hasn't been started in awhile, especially since battery was dead. I drove it around the block for a few minutes and the smoke bellowed everywhere in which every pedestrian and vehicle in area looked upset. Brought vehicle back and inquired about exhaust smoke in which mechanic said it was from blown gasket and would be $3000 to fix. Stated that he spoke with his boss and that truck won't be available for sale due to cost to fix however would offer discount as is but would have to fix on mainland with one of their mechanics at my cost. I had been offered a discount on another vehicle on lot which he said the ram was about $6500 however my friend stated right away sticker shows listed for under $5000. In all after making my thoughts known to owner about the unprofessional experience about wasting my time and money on coming out from coast to mainland to view truck not even for it to be made ready in first place. I'm sure sales team are good folks however the experience we had on the vehicle was very poor and missed the mark. I do recommend them to an extent however ask lots questions, bring someone who knows auto issues as well be prepared to be clueless on what is being communicated amongst sales team.
