I don’t really write reviews unless I have to. But, this dealership is by far the worse service I have been witness to. The sales staff (Zafar) was really rude and disrespectful and didn’t show any professionalism. I had the cash in hand and was willing to buy the car but he refused to let me test drive it even though I told him only for 5 min. He said he’s not willing to waste 5 min on test driving. I won’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Just received my pre-ordered delica through Karim at Sulk Road Autos and I can say it was the most satisfyingly pleasant experience of any transactions for a very long time. Super honest, helpful and upfront. It is just so refreshing to still have such people around!!!

I bought an amazing van (Mitsubishi Delica camper) at a fair price. Karim was pleasant, honest, and easy to work with. He was super patient and answered all my questions. Even though the dealership was in Canada and I live in the USA, we were able to work everything out and the car was delivered at the border. There was one stressful mechanical issue when picking up the vehicle (not his fault) but he got me in touch with the mechanic right away, and we were able to resolve the mechanical issue over the phone. Great experience overall, would work with Silk Road Autos again.

Silk Road Autos is the only truly honest, well-priced, and dependable dealership with which I have ever done business. I will definitely be purchasing my next van from them as well! It is extremely rare for me to leave a review, but this is one of those times when an exceptional experience requires recognition. I had done a lot of research before I purchased my L300 Delica from Silk Road Autos, so I already knew the care they took to make sure my 25 year old van would provide me years upon years of trouble-free service and I expected nothing less. I was *not* disappointed. The list of things fixed or replaced is long, including: - Radiator - Hoses - Belts - Water pump - Various seals - Brakes - Shocks Unlike other dealerships, they use the best replacement parts available. This is especially true of the radiator. A common/known issue with Delicas is that they overheat, causing the cylinder head to warp. Silk Road Autos put in a brand new, aluminum radiator (which they do for all Delicas) - the best antidote to overheating. Because of the care they put into my van, I have been able to travel back and forth *twice* from coast to coast. Yes, this includes going over the Canadian Rockies in the west all the way to the Appalachians in the east and back again -- all the while towing the medium sized trailer you see in my images. They provided me with a warranty and they look after my vehicle every time I return from one of my trips. Normally, I *never* bring a vehicle back to the dealership, but for my beloved Delica, I will go nowhere else to have it serviced other than to Abdul and Karim (of Silk Road Autos). I recommend these folks to everyone looking to purchase any JDM. And, If you take me up on my recommendation and purchase a vehicle here, you'll find that, like me, you quickly stop referring to the dealership by its name: "Silk Road Autos", but rather by the names of those who work here! Just purchased a Delica, and I'm so happy with the entire process at Silk Road. Karim was very open and honest, absolutely no pressure to buy. He encouraged us to take our time making a decision, and to get it inspected by any mechanic I choose, which I did. When the mechanic only found a couple very minor issues they were fixed by Silk Road before purchasing. Very reasonable on price, and so helpful in making it work with our financing. Buyer beware! Guy poses as a private seller then takes you to dealership to finalize deal. The car had transmission issues within a couple of months, and when someone bumped the fender there was over 1/4" of bondo on the rear quarter panel. The rear tail light seat had bad bodywork on it with tons of silicone, and now water leaks into trunk. I also found broken glass in the air vents when doing heater core. He said it was rebuilt for a minor front end collision, guy is a liar! Never going in this dealership again! Good luck with those Delicas and rhd pos you're buying from there.

Van was well serviced and the only thing my mechanic found after purchase was a noisy new belt. Purchased it site unseen and the anxiety nearly placed me in hospital but the relief and satisfaction of seeing the van in person was the remedy. Thank you, Karim for your honesty and integrity!

Very happy with my pre-ordered Mitsubishi Canter through Silk Road Autos. Much better condition than was described to me prior to being here which was a very pleasant surprise. Honest and trustworthy fellows. Little disorganized and appear to be under staffed but my trust restored nevertheless.
