He bent over backwards getting me the information I requested before I flew out to look at the car. One of the best dealership buying experiences I have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for so long to fix my car. Some of part arrived late and my schedule also delayed . They told me it takes 3day except weekend , but Yogesh called 3 mechanics and they fixed my car for a day ONLY. I need to do inspection my car because I have to get my car to go back my country. Yogesh know that and He really take care of my car. He is always very kind and friendly. I never had this customer sevice before. He is one of the best manager ! :)

I currently owned VW Tiguan as third VW car I’ve owned and Yogesh is the guy to get things done in timely manner, he makes sure the car is serviced right as it’s his own and making sure the customer leaves happy. Very impressed with his relationship and pride he takes to make sure it’s done right, and very humbled to be dealing with him from now on. Thank you, Yogesh, for making feel more comfortable at this location and looking forward to deal with you in the future. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience and friendly people. Recently fixed our Tiguan. Great job and when I went back home I realized. Sunroof wasn’t working. I called them back and called me again for a free diagnose. Small problem and fixed it for free. Probably the best experience at a dealership around vancouver. Will recommend them.

Andy helped us by showing the technology piece of the vehicles we were looking at. Maddy helped us with the financing. Great team and they are quick to followup when I call with any questions or concerns.
Very happy with our new Tiguan 2022. Starting a family in the Spring and it's a fantastic upgrade for our growing family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a chance to visit VW Surrey service centre recently. The timing was perfect. They had my loaner vehicle ready to go immediately which was a new 2022 vehicle and very clean. No time wasted. And my vehicle was taken in for servicing. In a few hours, my vehicle was ready to be picked up. My car was washed, cleaned from inside and looking brand new once again and my service completed. Very impressed with the service at this location!
